I just ordered many items, not clothes, mainly jewelry, on cyber monday (just a few days ago) and now im reading the reviews. These reviews are actually terrifying me. Im extremely worried that the stuff i ordered wont be correct and that its going to take forever to get here. I placed my order on 11/9/14. I ordered 2 sweaters and a jacket. I got the sweaters within a couple of weeks. One of the sweaters was a one size fits all. I am a small/medium and if I was any bigger it would not fit. The second time I wore the other sweater it started to come apart at the seam. It can be fixed just disappointed that I have to fix something I just bought regardless of the price. Still waiting on the coat. I emailed them about the coat and it said they would get back with me within 24 hours. 48 hours later still no response. So I emailed again and got a little nasty to which they replied the coat was on back order and should ship around 12/3. They sent me an email stating it shipped on 11/24. They could be nice and tell you something is on back order and give you a some idea of when it will ship. Not sure if I will ever order from them again. Do not want to waste money on items that I have to fix shortly after I get them or wait who knows how long to receive everything I ordered.

Gals, not only are the clothes poorly made and the customer service horrible but many of these 5 star reviews you're reading are fraudulent. All of these fake profiles claiming to be real customers are clearly fictitious. The reviews themselves are obviously phony, clearly guiding customer to check size charts and be patient about shipping. But that's not all. These "reviewers" have only left 1 review, to just rosegal or on some occasions also reviewed what looks like a sister company i. E. rosewholesale and dresslily. Also, their profile photos are stolen. All the photos are bollywood actresses. Coincidence? Doubtful. FYI, you can reverse google any image folks. I don't need to tell you how bad the product is, that's clearly been proven. Just letting you know they are liars too. Review guidelines state "SiteJabber does not allow members to review businesses that they own or with which they are otherwise affiliated."
I ordered two dresses from Rosegal.com. I ordered both of them a size bigger than I would normally wear. Both of them came and were the size of children's clothes! When I spoke with a representative, she told me the sizes were Asian sizes so they run very small. HOW COME THAT WASN'T INITIALLY SAID?! She told me returning them would be very time consuming and more money. When i went to file a complaint online, they asked for my order number which i copied&pasted from the original email with the order number. The site said it was no longer and order number. Also the clothes took 19 days to get to my residence, which is fine for they said it could take up to 22 days. This website is a scam. I will not order another thing from them and advise everyone else not to as well. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I ordered a shirt from here November 6th, they said it was shipped November 9th and I wanted it for vacation by December 4th, it is now December 2nd and I still do not have the shirt. I tried submitting a ticket and never got a reply, I called the number and it said that no one was available it asked me to leave a message after the beep but then it said they could not take anymore messages. I tried calling them this morning and the same thing happened. I leave for vacation in almost a day and the shirt is not here and it should be! It says 15-25 day shipping but it has been much longer than that. Very unhappy with the service right now.

There was an order i placed recently where all items came except one. Rosegal were very quick in getting in touch and explaining that the item was out of stock. I was giving the option of a refund/ exchange for another item or if i was willing to wait until back in stock. Their customer loyalty is important to them i was also given discount and points given for my next order. Which i was impressed with. This has NOT put me off ordering from this site again.
R Points are given after every order/review after so many points are collected you get money off items/orders which i am impressed with.

I had never purchased anything from Rosegal before, I saw mixed reviews, but I thought I would try it.
I purchased my items On October 26th. They took over a month to get to me (I eventually received them on December 1st). The dresses that I ordered look extremely tacky and they are HUGE. I ordered smalls and I could easily fit inside the dress at least 1 1/2 times and I am not particularly tiny.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the product and the shipping time.
***RoseGal did respond to this post and offered a 40% refund... I would have preferred 100% considering the issues, but I suppose 40% is better than nothing***

I received your products and I am not sure who you are selling to but I bought a large in both items and the one dress barely comes to my waist. I normally wear a 6 and a large should of been fine. Are these for children? It says its for woman and the photos shows it as a dress. This is not a dress for anyone that I know. The jacket is the same way. I got a large and it is made for a child. The sleeves only come to my elbows and like I said I am a 6 and this large would only fit a 2 at best. You need to fix your website sizing and explain to customers that these are not normal sizes. I need to return these and get my money back or sizes that fit. This is not my problem it is yours. I will also be posting this on your site to make sure others know about the sizing issues.

I have ordered over ten times of products from this website. They ship out products within two days when the requested product is in stock. The products usually arrive within three weeks. They are in perfect condition. The customer service is good. They reply customer's request in the next day. I never experience any turn down or delay reply from the customer service. I have been waiting for my Jacket for 2 months. I keep getting emails from "Cloe" saying it was delivered. It was NOT. They said it was delivered on Veterans day. Obviously it was noe. I am furious. Do not order from this company, I ordered two jackets, they were totally different to the model showed on the web, different size, very (seriously horrible) quality and they didn't fit at all!
