Do not waste your well earned money from this company, I ordered four items, delivery was fine sizes fine, the problem is the material and quality of the items. The dress is advertised as looking amazing when it arrived I took it out the packaging and discovered it was so thin I could see the colour of my skin though it was folded into four. It looked like a cheap immitation of the one in the picture. The jacket I ordered was lined when I unpacked this I discovered again it was a cheap imitation. It was not lined and was clearly not what I ordered but when checked my order it was in fact the same jacket just missing lining length design and size. The top I ordered was a low cut top. It must have been designed for a woman with boobs on her head as the neck line started and finished at the throat. Nothing like the picture. All in all I paid $56 for this about £35... never again will I order such utter rubbish
I ordered a coat from this business. It was an extra large and would fit an 8 yr old kid. I sent a message for them to send me a return address for a refund and they gave me the run around for a week. We will give you coupons... I don't want any stupid coupons, I want my money back. Then they sent me another email. Why are you returning this? Really people... read your emails. This site is a piece of crap. Stay away people. They will not give you your money back. Awful! I normally would never go out of my way to give a company a bad review but this one was such a joke for me. I'm so upset I want to shout it to all media, court, any of it. I purchased three dresses. As I was purchasing I did notice certain sizes out of stock so I was careful in my selection of items. It turns out their database ducks because all my items were out of stock. I had to wait around a month just to get my merchandise then when I got it I seriously laughed it was so terrible the merchandise was sewn by a toddler and material cut by one too. Jagged lines and nothing like the picture threads hanging out. So I returned them which the return cost me more then I wanted making the return amount not that great but I figured better then nothing. So I forgot to send the stupid return paper with the package so I uploaded the paper, the tracking number, the receipt and some images to them so they could locate the package with my return paper which really all it said was the two dresses on it and how much they were worth which u could easily look up in my order number on file with them. Anyway so the support gets back to me 2 weeks later and asks me to message them back later about this as if to remind them? I was like seriously you don't know how to remind yourself about your customers merchandise don't you have a system for this. So she then goes onto say OK can you wait. I said yes. She replies back we r going to ship the item back please put the paper in the item. We recommeND flat rate shippinf. Here is the bull crap part one it's for a piece of paper I could fax email n upload. Two I have to pay for shipping again and they don't pay for shipping for you. So oh my gosh just do not order from them it was the worst experience I have ever had online shopping.! The dress in the picture was supposed to be a scoop neck dress and I got mesh which was not in the description or picture and the mesh was all cut up falling off and jaggedy.

I will admit I was pretty upset that I ordered with them after I had read all of the nasty reviews, however, they definitely were not anywhere near as bad as everyone made them out to be! I ordered on Nov 4th and got my order Nov 24th. Considering it came from CHINA I'd say that's pretty damn good! I have ordered many things (mostly random cheap car stuff and costume jewelry) from China and it literally would take MONTHS! When this came in literally 20 days I was very surprised. Now the reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the clothes don't fit (too small) but returning to China is not reasonable, besides I'm losing weight anyway so the shirts will fit soon :) But the shirts are decent quality considering I only paid $10 for each. I WILL order from them again, but now I know to order 1 size larger than normal :)

Ordering from Rosegal was the biggest mistake I have ever made with online purchasing in my entire life! The pictures are deceiving. The items are not true to size. The quality is VERY POOR! I am usually a small/medium, but when I ordered FIVE coats from them, ALL of them barely slid pass my arms. The entire shipping process took 3 weeks. They only sent me FOUR items and I have absolutely no idea when the 5th coat will be arriving. Also, one of the pea coats came with a popped off button - totally unacceptable. I am returning all coats and I will never purchase from Rosegal again. I will suggest that the website is for women who are very short/looking for cheap attire. At the end of the day, I guess I got what I paid for. LESSON LEARNED!

I ordered from site with sizes of one size fits all. One sweater came with holes, all other items were too small. When looking into the 30 day unconditional returns, I found the return was to China and they would only give 80% back plus the cost of return. Or 25% back on the damaged item. The first time I bought from Rosegal I found the stuff arrived quickly, was low quality, but was very inexpensive. I thought that with this level of success I would try again. What a huge mistake that was. After waiting three weeks and not hearing anything about whether the order had been shipped or not, I decided to contact them. The woman I was in contact with obviously was following a script which attempted to instruct on polite conduct with consumers; however, this ended up angering me more. The items were not shipped as one was out of stock, that's fine, but where was the notice of this? I got asked if I wanted a refund or the items to be shipped, and before having the opportunity to respond I was notified that they had been shipped. I asked for a refund on the out of stock item. When the items finally arrived, my roommate had to pay and extra $25 to receive the order - the free shipping advertisement is bull$#*!, they charge you at the door, not online. Then I got to enter into a debate with the woman online about the aforementioned shipping cost and how to get my refund. She was utterly useless and incapable of understanding that I do not have a Paypal account so refunding an non-existent account is utterly pointless, she would have to refund my credit card. Further, one of the items was advertised as a large, and fits my nine-year-old cousin. I asked for a refund for the item and that Rosegal absorb the shipping costs due to the sheer amount of stress and frustration I have had to deal with and it was refused.
Never buying from them again. What a waste of my time, energy, and money.

What a horrible shopping experience, items not in stock, orders not sent when ordered, refund not issued when stock not available, paid extra for insurance which did not help with my order what so ever, been waiting 6 weeks still no items. Placed 2 orders in two days 10 items, 1 item not in stock 9 other items broken up into 4 unregistered packages from various countries.
I wish i would have read the reviews before i bought. I ordered some shirts, the sizes weren't what i expected, i ordered L and maybe i should have checked the size charting before ordering, but all the shirts came in way too small. So lets say that was my own fault.
Ordered them on friday came in on tuesday. So that was really fast.
Ok but the main reason no one should buy from them is that the shirts came in with stains on them and they smell like a farm... Like super stinky. Like a pigs farm or cows...

I ordered several items from the site - none of them were like the pictures! Not even close! The quality of the fabric, sewing and the items overall was cheap and terrible! DO NOT EVEN BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. Waiting over a month now for my clothes despite them saying my order has been shipped over 2 weeks ago, which is bizarre as i received an email 2 days after placing my order saying it had been processed?! I normally order things online and I'm normally very happy with the delivery time in which my products come... But I ordered a Jacket on November 6,2014, was told that it had been shipped and still have not received my Jacket. And now after reading the other reviews...
