I ordered a coat 4 weeks ago, with Expedited Shipping option... and my order still "processing".
I just read some reviews (Scam adviser and here)... I should read it before order. The "live chat" doesn't work (even if I'm during the business time.) It is definitely a SCAM. DON'T USE ROSEGAL. God I hate them and I feel pretty naive...
