I can't believe that this company is still selling clothes. My review and experience mirrors all the others on this site. My clothes took 3-4 weeks to arrive and when I tried to find out why I just got the exact same response everyone else got on their facebook page "we are sorry for the inconvenience" garbage it is just a cut and paste response. Then they blocked my from their page... god forbid you give honest feedback to this scam.
I should say I did finally receive my order (well, some of it other pieces are still missing) and the clothes that did arrive are not even clothes in my opinion. One shirt was ripped and the other one has huge snags on it. Both are not wearable and went straight from the package to the garbage.
Beware and DO NOT buy from this company.

Just wanted to send an update about the one piece of clothing I never did receive. The charged my credit card but I never did receive the item. The did respond to my requests and told me they would give me a 6 dollar credit for my next purchase... what?! I never received the item but giving me my money was never an option. These people are crooks and I wish we had some power to shut them down. I saw a news cast on NBC about them and their scam and I hope that is the beginning of the end. You rosegal are illegal scammers and NEED to not only be shut down but help accountable for the huge amount of money you have stolen from the public.

I still have yet to receive any of my items. I paid a large amount and have never received a tracking number or anything. God forbid they ever actually answer the phone and since I don't have a tracking number I can't place a ticket in order to contact them! They are poor quality, the shipping is painfully slow, and the clothes are made for girls who are a size zero and 4 feet tall. I didn't send back the clothes because I figured with how long it took to get them, it would almost be a waste of my time to try and get a refund. Might as well donate them to a kids' store. I wish there was an option for 0 STARS! My first experience and most definitely my last. It took 3-4 weeks for my order to come in and when it did... WOW.
1)- The watch I bought had a smashed faceplate.
2)- The bracelet I bought was falling apart
3)- I bought a T-shirt that was supposed to look like it had angel wings in the back and it looked like someone free handed the wings. The material of the top is so fine that after one wash it would surely fall apart. I ordered an XL and it fits like a small.
4)- the purse I bought... unbelieveable. It looked nothing like the picture and when I opened it... I almost puked in my mouth. The smell was worse than the questionable smells you get from the apartment above you. I can't even explain what the smell was but I am for sure not putting my stuff in it!
IF YOU HAVE ANY SORT OF A BRAIN, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I don't know how it is still in business after all the thousands of people they have pissed off and robbed.

Items were very different that advertised in the photos - the clothing items smelled like gasoline/strong chemical factory smell - Of the 7 items I ordered, I still have not received two and have tried contacting the company regarding this with no response - they also do not clearly display on their website that this clothing company is based in China - they claim a 30 day accepted returns guarantee, but with no money back, only 'credit' toward buying more items - oh and if you want to return something you can pay the international shipping to China, which is more than the clothing is worth in the first place. Overall, I'm very disappointed and would never buy anything from this company again.

I received a very poorly written email explaining that one of three items I ordered was out of stock and I should contact them for a cash coupon? No explanation, directions or receipt of cash coupon and my 2 other items never came nor is there any information about them. I have sent several emails and tried to call the company numerous times but there is some bogus answering machine that is always too full to take another message. I am about to contact the better business bureau about this bait and switch scam of a company. Btw i shop online regularly and have never written a negative review on any company but this is horrendous. Extremely disappointed and still out of my money!

I have made many attempts to get in touch with customer service. I ordered a shirt several weeks ago, and i have yet to recieve it or even get am email or reponse back. I'm not to happy considering the fact that I did already pay for it.
Before you buy just pay attention on the material and size of the clothes. Their size run small, but I never worry about that as the customer service did very good job to help me with the problem. I ordered a dress which is M size, it is too small, I contacted the support center, and the solved the problem for me. Thanks! I will order again.

Placed order 7 days ago and received no order number, tracking info, nothing. I have emailed them and no response. They billed my card though within a hour. If I don't hear from them in a few days will cancel the order through the credit card company.
Nice clothing. Read the size chart before ordering and you wont have any problem. Quality similar to Forever21 clothing. Love the styles. Clothing same as pictures. Shipping take 7-25 days because is coming from China. Be patient, it is worth it.

I have never dealt with such a horrible company... I received my order after waiting over two weeks which doesn't seem that long except I paid extra for quicker shipping. When I received it one of my items was waaaaayyyyy to small which shouldn't have been and one of the items that I have already paid for and said had shipped was not in the package. I emailed with them back and forth for two weeks now, then nothing. Now I have two tickets open with them about getting my product and no response on either in over a week.
