Ordered an item in early August. Here it is almost Thanksgiving and I still have not received it. Everytime I contact them they always give me another excuse as to why the item hasn't shipped. The 2 x Large and 1 Medium dress I received might fit a friend's daughter who is underweight and height 13 year old, who wears size 4 skirt. Would not recommend these clothes.

NOTHING of what i got is like the picture. It looks like it, but is not the same. Its horrible quality, and worst of all is NOTHING like the pictures! Do not buy here, i spent 70 dollars on 5 pieces, and i sooo regret it, its horrible! Obviously if it sounds too good to be true its because it is! After a very long wait I finally received my navy blue sweatshirt that I purchased for 12 dollars. It had no labels and had serger thread all over it. It was so small that I gave it to my 8 yr old son. One things is for sure I will not shop at Rosegal again.
Worst customer experience. Have been waiting over a month for my order, haven't gotten response from any ticket I've submitted on the subject and the customer service phone number message inbox has been full and unable to leave a message dice I started trying to contact them over 2 weeks ago. Totally think this site is a scam and I will be seeking fraudulent refund from my credit card company.

So I ordered from this site over 17 days ago and it stil hasn't been shipped. I get that it wil take a little while because it ships from china but come on whos fault is it that it hasn't even been shipped yet?!? I would like my coat before summer! I ordered a coat 17 days ago now and it has yet to ship! So they say it isn't their fault if the mail takes to long but whos fault is it if it hasn't been shipped in 17 days?!? I am kinda happy if it hasn't been shipped cuz after reading the reviews Im afraid my coat will be WAY to small so I put in a "ticket" 24 hours ago and still haven't gotten a reply. I wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased a sweatshirt for $30. It has been almost 2 weeks since I placed my order, and there has been no activity on the shipping for over a week. I understand that it takes a little bit more time to ship from China, but if I actually do have something on the way, it wouldn't be stagnant for a week! I'm worried that I won't receive the sweatshirt and that it was a waste of money. Maybe when/IF it arrives, if the product is good quality and worth the money, as well as the correct size and color, I will post a second review. So far my experience has been negative and I wish I'd spend that money somewhere more reliable where I'd know I was going to get my money's worth.

One of the worst sites and online purchases I've ever made. Ordered the plus size sweatshirt - because you have to order it 50 times bigger - and it was a gift. First it was out of stock for 2 months so it missed being a birthday gift. Then they cancelled the order like idiots. If I hadn't checked on the status of it I wouldn't have known. Then when I finally received it, it was made out of tshirt material, not at all like the picture and fit my 6 year old granddaughter. I've been battling with their horrible customer service since and have not had the problem resolved. I was going to leave a review on their website but the deleted the purchase so I can't. What a tremendous waste of my money and time and energy. I'll stick to buying in the US from now on - they know how to treat customers properly and keep them happy. Unbelievable.

Although the site at checkout states you will receive a tracking number, the tracking number does not work. No one from the company responded to my inquiring about this. If you have paid with Visa, contact your cardholder, as any e-purchases made by Visa can be reversed if the company fails to hold up their end of the bargain (either with shipping time, product quality versus product pictured, etc.). Visa will help you resolve the conflict so that you no longer have to deal with this company yourself.
I've already started this process with an amazing representative at Visa, and hope to have this issue resolved.

I give Rosegal a zero. It took 2 months for me to get my dress and when it did arrive it was stained and was a cheap knockoff of the picture. It has no tags for care or even size. I had to sign for the package, but couldn't read what it said because it was in Chinese.

Ok so I know there are ALOT of negative reviews but my recent experience with this company was pleasant, simple even... no drama! I ordered on Nov 10,2014, paid for expedited shipping, and received my package yesterday Nov 17,2014 ( I live in SC). That's pretty good being that it came from China! Ok, now to the quality... I would give it a C-. The sweater I ordered in a size large (for myself) fits my daughter perfectly she's a small/med. It didn't look horrible on me but I have standards :) The blouse I ordered was very thin but it was like that on the pic, it looks cheap but hey you get what you pay for (it was like 5 dollars) still cute enough to wear maybe once or twice before it falls apart. I may give them another go in the future if I find something I can't resist.
First of all both the shirt (and what was supposed to be) a jacket don't look the same as on the website. Lets start with the shirt. The shirt has different buttons than on the picture of the website, beside the stichline is positioned on a different place and the colour is not the same, but worst of all, on the website is written that size M should have a length of 66 cm, the shirt I received barely reaches 50 cm... maybe a child with very long arms might fit in it. Second the JACKET: It is supposed to be a jacket, but it looks more like a sweatshirt. The inside part of the so called jacket is supposed to be reddish, but the one I received is grey. Thanks for the aweful products I received which I definitely didn't order, and as you respond to other complaints, this is not a misunderstanding. I want my money back, but as you Rosegal seemed to have scammed more people I think you won't give me my money back... Speaks for itself I don't want to give a single star to Rosegal.

Super cute stuff, but sized to fit pygmy people.
I bought a top (thank goodness it was just $11!) in XL. I received it after an extremely looong wait (slow boat FROM China?) and excitedly opened it, only to hold up a garment that I may have been able to wear when I was 8. Thing is, I had read the size chart and ordered accordingly but the shirt I received, while marked an XL, was not the same measurements as the chart said they it would be.
As I held it up, my first thought was, "Did I order children's clothing?" My second was "I could have spent that $11 at Starbucks and been a lot happier!"
They should not be able to sell in the US, not with their horrendous size variance. I read about their customer service so I didn't even try to return the top. But you can rest assured I will NEVER shop there again - unless they start selling clothing for grown-ups of at least normal size. Then I may consider it...
