I open my package tonight only to find a piece of used clothing- stains on the front, sleeve, and inside of the shirt I ordered. The item had clearly been worn. I ordered a outfit and a coat. I just received my outfit and I'm really happy with what I got. The coat I ordered was out of stock. They happily with No problems exchanged it for another! Overall I'm VERY SATISFIED with Rosegal. The only problem is it takes so long to receive your items. I will be ordering from them again. They have been very kind to me and they always got back with me within 24 hrs prior to an email with a ticket id number.

Most of the items I have bought are exactly what I've was looking for a get tons of compliments every single time I wear them. The dresses are to die for! And at a great price! I am addicted to browsing their dress section to find the perfect piece to buy next!
I am a Latin american woman, so obviously I have to be very careful with the selections that I make, and be very aware of my body measurements because most of the clothes are designed for Asian women who are more petite than the average Larin American.
I put a lot of care and effort into selecting items that will fit me perfectly and I have not been disappointed, much like you would do at a regular store.
Again, I am very conscious of my body shape and size and I know what styles look good on me and that is what I purchase from Rosegal, I think everybody should look at it the same way!

I ordered 3 Shirts. When I finally got in touch with someone to see where my order was they simply told me it was on the way.
They were sent to me almost 6 weeks later one by one. They arrived balled up and shoved in to a tiny bag. One of them "fit," the second was fine in the shoulders and tight in the waist (keep in mind I'm thin... I usually get XS shirts). The third was LITERALLY made of burlap and was so itchy and short I threw it out.

I ordered a jacket for the winter October 24. They took the payment out of my account on the 25th. It gave me a tracking number but it keeps saying need to complete payment. This is crazy! I did and I guess I got robbed of my money too! I tried calling that stupid number and it said something about the magic jack customer cannot be reached. What the hell. I'm so upset and disappointed in this website and the service. I will not recommend them to anyone. I just wanted my jacket and can't get through!

I saw an advertisement of this store in the corner of my browser when I was searching the internet. Curiosity was too strong, so I clicked on the link. Saw some very cute clothe, inexpensive and with free shipping. I wasn't sure about ordering because it seemed too good to be true. But I took a chance anyway, since I ordered from a similar site in the past and didn't have any trouble. I ordered a cute sweater, 20 business days went by and I never received my item. So I submitted a ticket to the costumer service department and they replied to my ticket asking me to wait 10 more business days, since the shipping from China to Canada can take quite some time. So I waited and a few days after I submitted my ticket I received my package. I was thrilled. I was surprised (not in a bad way) to see the big difference in colors on the sweater compared to the pictures on their website. The colors were much darker then in the pictures. The material is nice and I can't wait to wear my new sweater!

I bought a dress a few months ago just to try out the business. I didn't have high expectations to begin with, but the dress was very ill-fitting and so short it would be impossible to wear as a dress (and I'm only 159cm). Lesson learned.

I placed an order for a bathing suit I saw in a Facebook ad - as well as 3 scarves. I made sure the bathing suit had other reviews on the site before I ordered it for myself.
I paid less then $40US for the 4 items that arrived to me in Canada in less than two weeks - with no extra duty needing to be paid (I was prepared to pay it).
I thought I would be lucky if I saw the stuff before Christmas - so I'm super happy and will definitely order from them again.
PS. I wanted to post this review because I read so many negative ones before placing my order - but I figure I could take a $40 risk. It really was easy, inexpensive and exactly what I ordered.
While you must wait a whole for your items to arrive, in e USA, you have to understand the items are coming from overseas with free shipping. I have always gotten the correct items within the timeframe provided to me by rose gal. All the products I've gotten are a great value and very cute! Can't wait to order more!
My last three orders were simply catastrophic. The service was terrible. They didn't have most of the items I ordered and never told me that until I ask them about my everlasting "processing" status. The quality of the items is quite uneven: some stuff is good enought but some is trash. At the end they had to refund most of my order, send some of the items divided in a two month period for the last order. I wouldn't recomend to buy from this site.

I ordered from RoseGal on Monday. I needed my product within 9 days. I have paid extra for shipping so I could receive it in time. So far my order is still processing. I have contacted customer service through their chat 3 times. So far I have had no response from them. I'm so disappointed in both their shipping and customer service.
Unhappy with service.One dress undelivered. Ordered a dress and they were happy to take money for it and then said it wasn't available. Very unprofessional company. The dresses that were delivered were jammed into a small packet with one dress stuffed into a huge plastic bag that made me question where these dresses were being made and packed. L would hate to think that as the tracking on the email said the package was coming from China that these clothes are being made in a shop that is taking advantage of its workers. In view of the fact that l have probably lost over $50 l would recommend that people do not buy from this company
The two extra large items I ordered don't even for my daughter, who wears a Hollister size 2! Everyone knows how small that is! The quality is very poor, the material is wrong, these are clearly knock offs! I think the only way they get away with it is that they don't put a label on it. Beware! If you're not literally built like Barbie, you won't be able to wear them!
