Ipsy used to be my favorite makeup sub box. Now, they are throwing in unknown brands and including items like cheap children's lip balm and so called $200 items that have genetic ingredients compared to their real brand name counterpart. I guess it's legal for a company to knock off their own brand, but then they really shouldn't be pricing it the same as the original product! Plus, they are not upfront about these knocked off products, you have to do the research yourself. Also, they are including items such as an unknown brand of menstrual moisturizer... not for everyone! If you like repeats of Huda palettes and unknown brands, you might like paying $25 - $50 a month for this, otherwise try another sub box!

Florist.com is the worst ever! Customer service will not respond. The phone number they list on your emailed receipt is invalid. They change the flower order without ever considering contacting the customer even though they have your number! I'm assuming that is because you would then have their phone number. If you email them, you get a "this is a reply only" email address even though that address is listed as their customer service email address. They give you another email address to use instead, but they still never reply! I ordered pink, yellow and lavender flowers and they changed them to all pink and three yellow flowers! The arrangement is totally different than what I paid for. If I could put pictures on here, I would!

PalmMute will promise you free items if you promote her website and Facebook page. You will also be promised free items with your paid orders. You will receive nothing because she states that the company is under new ownership. PayPal has confirmed that is not true. She is ripping people off and does not plan to return funds nor make good on the orders. She only keeps apologizing which helps no one!

I ordered a necklace for my sister as a memorial necklace for the loss of her son and I was charged almost $50 for JUNK! The enclosed "gift card message" was printed on my receipt that was printed on a printer that needs a new cartridge because it is barely readable! I paid with PayPal so they will be refunding my money! They should be shut down.

Of course the shoes looked great when they arrived and they fit, so I accepted and paid. Big surprise when I went to wear them and one pair fell apart the first night! I could have twisted my ankle or worse, broken my leg! They were 6" wedges! The heel fell apart from the shoe into three separate parts. Another pair didn't even make it out of the house, I looked at the back of the heel where it joins at the foot and I could barely see where it was already coming apart exactly where the other pair came apart! Luckily I only paid $20 for one and $10 for the other. Both were sold as new/like new, never worn... HA! Don't buy shoes and I'm not sure I would chance buying anything else, there is no way to know who is honest and no way to zoom in on the things being sold!

My sister placed an order on September 10 and has contacted them by email several times and still has not received her order. BEWARE of ordering from this site!

Tip for consumers:
Make sure to pay with PayPal and open a complaint within 45 days of the order if you do not receive your order. Do not accept any explanations or excuses from them, they are only trying to keep you from being able to get your money back!
