Horrible!

Horrible! I placed my order the very beginning of October and after a month, they emailed me saying my order was finally shipping. After a couple more weeks, I finally receive only TWO of my items that look like some teenage girl made them for a school project! Poor quality, threads hanging everywhere and I still haven't even received my full order after a month and a half! Luckily I only spent $40 and the sizes are so small, my 12 year old daughter can fit them. Please don't waste your money or time. True scam artists.

I ordered a jacket and a top from Rosegal about 3 weeks ago. The jacket is cheaply made(I expected that) but it looks nothing like it does on the website. It was supposed to be form fitting and it is straight cut - like a potato sack. The sweater is cute so I am happy with that. I would say steer clear of this website. I'm going to see if maybe I can get my mom to tailor the jacket a little. It's ridiculous. I even followed their sizing guidelines. Just stay away, the website is too good to be true.

I ordered what I thought was a coat, a sweater, leggings, shirt and two accessories... the "coat" is barely a sweater. The quality of the items ordered are no where near what is advertised in the photos. The so called coat had nothing to it. It honestly looks like they forgot to sew in the insulated layer as the hood and inside looked unfinished. Everything has no tags and I am still waiting for two items because for some reason they all couldn't be sent as one package. To top it all off I paid for expedited shipping, which was pointless as it did not come in the expected time frame and I now have to wait an additional 7-25 days for the remaining items, plus pay any additional charges for shipping and handling through customs that I should have already covered. After all said and done this garbage has cost me $180.00. I Will not order from this website ever again.

Do not order from this company. I received a damaged product and their costumer service tried to give me a 20% refund. That was not acceptable to me so I asked for a new sweatshirt instead, they said I had to pay half. If you order something and it is damaged, you do the right thing and either refund the costumers money or send them a new one. That's what a GOOD business does. You don't take five days of emailing back and forth trying to still make a buck off of an unhappy costumer. Rosegal, do the right thing or lose costumers. You lost one here.

I ordered 3 items. A pair of leggings. A hoodie sweat and a shirt. I received everything but the shirt. I tried calling the phone number and keeps going straight to voicemail. But voicemail is full. So I couldn't leave a voice mail. There product is nice. But customer service isn't so nice.

I paid for all 3 items and only received 2. That's uncalled for. Especially after not being able to get in contact with the retailer.

Shipping was perfect. Said it was going to get to my house by the 13. And took it out of the mail box this morning... Been trying to call all day though. And no luck!

I have placed 2 separate orders, the 1st order was a bit to small and they were very helpful and came up with a solution with me to were I didn't lose out on what I spent on my perches. It takes a while to receive your order and yes, the sizes run small. Make sure you read the information! They have answered every question promptly. I didn't have any issues.
I like everything I have ordered from them. Will be ordering again!

Don't get me wrong, the customer service seems really great and love to help. Even though I am not happy to wait for my items so long, I love their service. My sister actually recommended I shop with this retailer. I have since ordered a couple of items through them and so far have been pretty happy with my purchases. Everything is very cheap and the quality have been good for what the prices are. It pays to be aware that the sizing runs small so double check the charts before you buy. The free shipping can take awhile but I expect this, if you want your items faster you can pay for expedited shopping.

I bought a few pieces of jewellery from this website. I'm from the UK so I understand delivery can take up to a month as I buy a lot of items from China, Korea... etc. I waited 2 months for a delivery! I sent them 5 messages altogether, (I did not want to call and because it would be too expensive) and I didn't receive one reply. They state they will reply to each enquiry within 24 hours, that's a lie! What really annoyed me was, what if I had never received the delivery? What would I do then, if they never reply to complaints? I advice people to stay well clear of this company, there is a lot of other similar companies out there that are happy to help their customers.

Similarly to many of the other reviews, I ordered three items and was shocked at the overall quality and sizing issues despite ordering two sizes up. All attempts to request an authorization to return are met with inconsistent answers. I can ship it back but it will cost too much. They can issue a partial refund but can't tell me how much until I give them detailed information as to why I'm dissatisfied including photos. Their customer service is appalling!

Horrible!

Horrible! I wish I could give it NO stars. Ordered on 0ct 2 and to this day 11/12 I have gotten nothing. And they now tell me that it will be another 45 to 60 days before they will take action (whatever that means). My order is shipping from China and I was told after the fact that they can't track it because of the shipping method I chose. I didn't know there was anything other than FREE which is what they advertise all over the site. Stay away from this site!

I bought some items on the website and when I received them it was way too small for me. If you plan to buy anything from the website, think that the sizes fit for asian women!
I wanted to send it back but it was going to cost me a lot of money as it was not covered by the website.
I reached the customer service and after many emails we found an agreement.

I saw this website through Facebook. Wonder if Zuckerberg knows that his pop up ads are frauds. False advertising, terrible customer service. Don't buy from them. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago, I've been charged yet know response as to where or when merchandise will come.

I ordered a sweatshirt from Rosegal. The sweatshirt I received in the mail was a cheap imitation of what was pictured on the website. The sweatshirt came w/o a tag, no packing slip and no return info. I will not be returning to this site!

I ordered 4 different sweaters off of this site. It took more than 3 weeks to get my order. When I did finally get the order, 2 of my sweaters had a hole in them and the other 2 didn't fit. They say they will give you your money back, but I was going to have to pay $25.00 in shipping and a 15% restocking fee for each item. They wouldn't even give me my full money for the 2 damaged items. I would never order from this company again. Their service is terrible, the quality of their products are terrible and the sizes are not true to size.

I had to give this company a star, but it doesn't deserve it. I ordered some bracelets and ear rings off their site on 10/8. They took my money immediately, but didn't ship them until 10/18. It is now 11/10 and I still have not received the items I paid for. They claimed that the tracking number was in the email, but when it didn't work in any tracking system I contacted them. I was told I did not request one so I could not track the package. I'm truly glad I did not spend more on the clothes I saw. Stay away from this company. They will take your money without providing the products you order.

UPDATE: 11/16/2014... Still no word from Rosegal, still no products delivered. I am planning on going through my bank and disputing the charges. It is apparent to me that these items will never come. I no longer believe they actually shipped them out.

Update: 11/17/2014... finally got a response to a ticket. They still take zero responsibility for their lack of timely delivery. This was my response..."Dear Wendy,

How are you! Sorry to trouble you again.

I have to tell you that all the Flat Rate shipping reach you in 15-25 days, but sometimes the package reach you in by shipping company delay.

Sometimes the delivery company can't handle too many packages at same time or the web site tracking information update late.

So please kindly understand this. Would you like to wait for more days? Or you can try to connect with your local post office to check if the package has been reach them, and need you to communicate with them to get it from them directly.

So far, not impressed! Ordered on the 18th of October still haven't recived my order. I can't seem to get in touch with anyone, anyway! Ive email multiple times with no response. Try to use the live chat, it says ofline stating hours 7:30am ~5pm and its always during those house im on the site. Growing aggravated. Never again rosegal, neveragain. First and last time to order from this site. I spent over $50 first order to check it out. Not likely to order ever again. Will not be recommended for anyone. I cant even cancel the order until I recive the merchandise, which seems unlikely. So now I hve just given rosegal $50 for absolutely nothing. I work very hard for my money. Dont enjoy the feeling of being taken advantage of. Shame on them.

I was leery of ordering from this site after reading all of the negative reviews, but I figured I'd give it a try. I ordered a sweatshirt since it was on sale and found a coupon code for discounted and I used PayPal to pay. The shoes arrived in 2 weeks and it's true to size, decent quality, the color is correct and it's super comfortable! It sucks that other people had such horrible experiences but I had no problems!

I have been pleased with what I ordered. Glad I measured myself before placing the order, their sizes run way smaller than ours, but they have the measurements listed for most items so no problem figuring it out by yourself or with the help of the customer service.
