Max cleavage is great, bikini's especially and I can not rate their product enough. They are hand crafted and beautiful. The shipping and delivery is not actually that bad considering they are hand made i always got mine in around 14 days, sometimes quicker! The only downfall is the price and thats not that I dont think they are worth the price because they are it's just I cant afford to order as much as I would like! I have 4 bikini's and I would love to try some underwear but will have to save that order for a special occasion:-p

Well just fab are good value for money that's a given and my boots arrived on time but a month later they took another £35 from my account! When I contacted them apparently I had signed up for some VIP agreement where they would take money from me monthly and I could shop. I didn't request this and it appears you have to read carefully and opt out of this! Naughty! And now after a few wear the boot's I bought which look fantastic are not quite top quality and the zips are already getting stuck and feel as though they are a wear or two away from breaking:-( Zips always need to be of good quality on calf length boots always! No excuses just fab sort it out! But I will say your call centre staff are good, especially at bamboozelling customers and almost tricking them into thinking they want to stay! They should all be in sales not customer services lol:-p

Tip for consumers:
be aware of this VIP club unless you want to buy shoes every month!! and keep your witts about you when calling customer services!

I love boohoo, especially for holiday clothes! Yes agreed the quality is not great, but it is cheap and cheerful and the clothes are always very fashionable. I am of the belief that you spend the large money on classics and spend cheap to update looks with high fashion and this site for fills that brief. The delivery was quick and the clothes are as expected. Great for a few wears:-)

I was a customer of grazes for over a year. I love the concept but found the boxes repetitive. I also used the "rate or slate" function and found things id requested not to have continually appearing in my boxes. And things i had requested to try were never there. The quality is good and some is very tasty but not all of it and I found myself giving a lot away which defeats the object.

Tip for consumers:
Listen to what the customer wants. The rate or slate option is fantastic but only works if you pay attention to what the client requests else the function is obsolete.

I love new look and never had an issue with online shopping, until i paid extra to get next day delivery as needed shoes for work. They turned up 2 days later the same as when i usually as for standard delivery! I have ordered standard delivery from companies like littlewoods and had my clothes arrive quicker. I have mentioned it to them but no apology just that the fault was with the courier. Thanks new look!

This place is amazing! I upon seeing prices expected damaged good but noooo pristine condition beautiful discount perfume! I am addicted to Fragrance direct! And I have never ever been able to find anywhere that beats them on price. For all christmas shopping i strongly suggest giving them a look:-) great delivery and just amazballs all round:-)

I love h&m. But until recently had not used their online shopping. And i'm glad I didn't as I would have been put off! Have never known such a large company take sooooo long to ship clothes lol! I'm talking 2 weeks which i guess is understandable if they did not have warehouses in the uk! I had overlooked this and ordered on a second occasion but then the coat saga! I ordered a coat early Oct as it was getting cold, a lovely pink fluffy one and when I placed my order at no point was told it was "out of stock" until i saw on my invoice an estimated delivery date and it was just over a month after I placed my order. I have now received my coat which is far far to big and baggy for me but after the saga of getting it for me(my partner paid) I am keeping it as cant deal with any more time in the cold british winter cold! Lol H&M love your clothes you are great value for money but you online shopping is terrible lol absolutely terrible.

I ordered from rose gal without checking them out first, if I had I would never of ordered and rightly so! Appalling is putting it mildly! Waiting over a month now for my clothes despite them saying my order has been shipped over 2 weeks ago, which is bizarre as i received an email 2 days after placing my order saying it had been processed?! They have no concept of customer relations/service and it took my actually bombarding their facebook page to get them to respond to my countless email/messages and comments online! I will never order from here again and I advise anyone looking at the lovely looking pictures of clothes on their website to think again and go to primark!
