I was honestly very surprised about the quality of the dress I ordered. I picked it up kind of last minute for Halloween (10/5/2019) on a whim because they have a large variety of cute plus size clothes. It arrived in about a week and a half (10/16/2019) after I placed the order and I was shocked. I used their sizing guide on the website and I honestly think this is the best fitting dress I own. The material of the dress is very soft and comfortable to wear for long periods of time and on close inspection of the hemming, it looks very well made. Not to mention how incredibly inexpensive it was! My only complaint is that it's a Halloween dress so I can't really wear it year-round. Oh well, looks like I will just have to go buy more!
Rosegal has the most awesome customer service team! If you have an issue with an order let them know and it will fixed! I will definitely order from them again! Great job!
The clothes have poor quality. The color vanishes fast wash after washing. It also doesn't fit well. It's poorly sewed, I have already sent my clothes to fix sometimes.
Furthermore, if it loses your package, it does NOT refund you in full.
I don't recommend this shop at all! It's like a fraud, a scam! It defrauds customers. The clothes are not worth any penny!

My shopping experience with Rosegal has been wonderful! I only first started online shopping with this app! Tried one other one... They did not respond to any of my many attempts to contact them about an order. So they got dropped. Rosegal has been very urgent with responding back when or if I have any problems! I love this app! Only one I use now! Can't wait for my next order to arrive so I Can make another... I think I may have made a monster when I showed my niece this app... You are going to have at least 2 very loyal customers from my family! Thanks so much for will your company does! I have used other apps... Everyone has... But none of them are as fast to resolve any discrepancies as Rosegal! They fix any issues you have with your order in a timely fashion. I really appreciate it. Last summer i ordered many cloths from rosegal because there was a sale(including a jacket for 5 bucks. After 20 days i received the big package, i can say that the quality is decent regarding the cheap price. Now it's winter i started to wear those cloths. Perfect.
Great customer service, super fast shipping even internationally! They always provide a great way to help whatever the issue is. Plus size clothing and mens clothing is cheap but very high quality and UNIQUE!

If I could rate less than 1 star I would.
Although they have a sizing chart and I ordered 5 different items the same size they arrived with the same size labels but were all different sizes. Quality control is obviously a major issue, the clothing was much poorer quality than showing in the pictures. Rosegal policies on trying to return the product for refund breaches Australian consumer Law and they wanted me to pay for postage to an international site instead of returning to the sender address. They also want to keep postage and insurance from the refund and offering 20% of the purchase price or donate the clothing. Why would I pay anything for their poor quality control?
I sent the items to the sender address and they advise it is against their policy so I disputed the whole transaction with my credit card via the bank some time ago and have managed to attain a full refund via that avenue. This was the first and last purchase from Rosegal, Believe the reviews and save yourself the pain - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I was extremely pleased with the items that I ordered. The sizing charts that RoseGal provides made ordering the correct size very easy and everything fit beautifully. The delivery time was very quick and the items were very affordable. I will definitely purchase from RoseGal again in the future.
I ordered before at Rosegal and I must tell that I am very satisfied with all my orders. Everything is very affordable, but you really receive what you paid for. This summer I ordered a couple of swimsuits and beach cover-up, and everything is absolutely amazing. I was a little bit worried about sizing, but everything was fine and fitted me perfectly (I am wearing size S). Swimsuit fabric is nice, smooth and thick. I received items pretty quickly and there are no issues with the packaging. I would order again at Rosegal, for sure.
