Great prices and items

Ordered some very cute tops. They fit as expected and were a great price. Shipping was a little slow but still arrived within the time frame mentioned on the site (I think it took about 2 weeks). Material was a little thin, but not see-though. Can't complain at all.

Horrible

Ordered clothes on jan 19th. Was tild they would ship 3 to 5 day. Didnt come. Contacted customer service they said it would ship. Monday fen. 17th asked for a refund because i still didnt have my items. Had to talk to custmer service 3 more time just got my refund today.

I made an order on January 27th and paid for priority shipping, meaning I'd receive it in 5-10 days. I wanted this item for a time-sensitive event. It's now February 20th, and according to Fedex, the item hasn't even shipped yet. I asked for a refund for shipping, at the very least, and they refused. Who knows how long it will take them to refund my order when I return it... maybe in a few months... totally unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

Disappointed

I recieved my 1st orderina timely fashion. Clothes were a bit big but i was still happy. This time i order clothes for my new job, valentines day. This round was a birthday present to myself. Its been almost a month since my order was placed its still. Processing everytime i contact themi get the chinese holiday excuse. Im dissapionted. Because i thought i finally found some place. That hasute plus size clothes. Thank god i didnt order my dress for my sons wedding through them. Rosegal that u for letting me down.

The Worst

After being given a ship date, and going back and forth with this company I finally cancelled the order. I was told they couldn't give me a date when the order would ship. Contrary to what they had told me previously. Keep saying due to the Chinese Holiday, but that was almost a month ago... This site is a scam. And then, after requesting a refund, they want me to put the money into a Rosegal wallet for future spending with them? ARE THEY INSANE? STAY AWAY!

After ordering something and seeing the order stuck in "processing" & "ready to ship" now for the last week, and being told you will get a tracking number when (ha, more like "if") your order ships, I finally got them to give me a date it will ship. 2 WEEKS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER. Seriously?

Complete joke!

Ordered from this website on Jan 20th and paid expedited shipping that promise it would be here by January 25th. Item showed they created the label on January 21st so I was all excited. Well guess what? It is now January 31st and it still shows nothing more than the labels was created. I have contacted the website which was no help. I have contacted the shipping company (dhl) which also has verified with me multiple times that the package was never given to them. I have tried asking nicely and then straight up demanded my money back and they try to tell me they cant do that because the order has already been shipped. I also told them no it has not according to your information and the delivery company's information you all lost my order before it was ever picked up. I spent over $80 bucks because of the reviews I had read and apparently they are doing the fake bot positive posts. It has been a week and a half and it still hasn't left the facility. I could have flown to dubai and back by now to get it my damn self. This place is a RIP off and a joke. McDonald's ice cream machine is more reliable then their customer service. If I do not have my money or my merchandise by this time next week, I will be calling the better business bureau. I dont work my $#*! off for my money to be screwed over.

WORST SERVICE!

ROSEGAL ARE BEHAVING FRAUDULENTLY I BAUGHT 3 TOPS LAST WEEK WITH EXPIDITED POST ITS NOW ONE WEEK LATER THEY ADMIT THEY HAVE MY PRODUCT PACKED BUT HAVEN T SENT IT! THEY PROMISED A SUPERVISOR WOULD CONTACT ME WITHIN 24 HRS 4 DAYS LATER THEY CONTACT ME ASKING WHAT THE ISSUE IS FORCING ME TO REPEAT MY SELF FOR THE TENTH TIME IN 4 DAYS THEY KEEP SAYING WAIT THREE DAYS AND URE PRODUCT WILL BE SENT BUT ITS NOW A WEEK NO PRODUCT NO TRACKING NUMBER! THESE CLOTHES ARE ABSOLUTELY THE FREAKING WORST, matched only by how terrible #ROSEGAL clothing customer service. They're material is like a shower curtain, horrible cheapest Polyester, ripped seams on arrival, ill fitting, nothing sewn to the correct size you ordered (despite their website info sizing info), and THEY WILL REFUSE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND WHEN YOU STATE THAT THEIR ADS / website are MISLEADING & the quality of the clothing is worse than the clothes from the dollar store. Not worth the money, cost of shipping, or hassle dealing with these shysters & hucksters. You'll never get your money back and you'll never wear these poor quality shower curtains sewn into ill fitting, too small or too big clothing. Share this with a friend and keep them from experiencing this horrible bullcrap. They will also give every excuse and bs story possible in order to avoid refunding your money and giving you a way to send this crap back.

I wrote this LONG review from Halloween about giving Rosegal a chance because although my items didn't come in the expedited shipping time, I still received them in an acceptable amount of time.
However, I took my chance and placed another order with Rosegal on NOVEMBER 20th. It was a few items for Christmas and I thought "It will be here in time for my holiday decorating!'

NOVEMBER 20th GUYS!

It is December 18th and guess who STILL doesn't have her order? You can't tell me it's because it was coming from a different country because last time my dress came from Hong Kong and it was still here within 10 business days!

Tracking is still stuck on the same thing it has been for days and prior to that still said "Label Created." I reached out to Rosegal to ask when my stuff was going to be here and she told me December 16th.

1 week left until Christmas... what's the point? I needed these items in the BEGINNING of December.

The stuff is cute as hell and the customer service is great but I'm done. Never again am I ordering from this company!

*Sorry for the long review, bare with me!*
I ordered 3 items from Rosegal on 10/11/19. I paid for expedited shipping since I need all 3 before Halloween. I kept checking the tracking on my items but all it kept saying was "label created" so I figured it was early Monday morning (10/14/19), maybe the package hasn't arrived yet to the new location and scanned in.
Today is Friday, 10/18/19. It has been a week, I haven't received anything yet and I was getting nervous. I looked up reviews for the company and apparently a lot of people have this issue but Rosegal says that they tell people what item was in stock/if it shipped, etc.
I knew I had ordered items in stock but went to check for shipment information.
Here is the scoop: 2/3 of my items say they shipped on Monday 10/14/19.
My other item says it shipped on 10/16/19. Why so late? Idk.
I am hopeful that everything DID ship since I just checked the tracking on both packages and they still both say "label created."

Fingers crossed they will be here soon and then I can update my star rating! I want to love this company so bad as they do have amazing items and this is my trial run!

*Update*
After this review, Rosegal reached out to me to let me know where my order was and what was going on with it. They did refund my expedited shipping I had paid for. The reason my dress was so late was because it was coming from another country. I did receive it the day before Halloween even though shipping estimated it to be delivered afterwards!
My son loves his sweatshirt, mine is a little too small, it fits but I am not comfortable with things being tight so I will order big for now on.
My dress was really nice, I personally did not like the way it looked on me so I let my Mother-in-law wear it for Halloween and she looked great. The quality on all 3 items was good and all 3 items looked exactly as the picture showed.

I just placed an order for 2 Christmas dresses that I ordered a size bigger than what I wear and a Christmas mat. If the mat is nice looking, I will order a few more for my holiday decorating.

Give Rosegal a chance, keep in mind you're paying really low prices so your items are not going to be Ralph Lauren quality but they are good quality and if you have an issue, communicate with Rosegal and you will get an answer on what is going on with your order!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

This website is a total scam. I ordered mats and a Christmas sweatshirt on 11/18/19. On 11/21/19 I received an e mail that my sweatshirt and 1 mat was shipped on 11/21/19 and a FedEx tracking number. Then on 11/23/19 received another e mail that 2nd portion of order was sent, with another FedEx tracking number. When I didn't receive the 1st order from 11/21/19 and contacted RoseGal via live Chat, all I got was the run around that according to their system everything was correct and to give it more time. On 11/29/19 I receive another e mail stating they have a shipping delay and to accept a SHIP15 discount.
When I checked with FedEx, they have not even received a shipping label from this company. When I had done the live Chat, I knew something was fishy when I requested a phone number to contact a Supervisor or Manager and was told I could not speak to those in that position. I was very unhappy with this person and explained that according to Better Business Bureau that obviously this was not a legitimate company in the United States or she would have to be giving me a phone number and she went onto explain, they were located in Spain, and if I wanted to spend money on a long distance call she would give me a phone. I did call and requested a Supervisor, which I was told a "Julie" was the Supervisor and my orders had been shipped, but she would create a "problem ticket" that would be updated every 2 days with a follow up e mail.
It is now 12/17/19 and no other emails have been forth coming nor the 1st part of my order ever received.
The 2nd order was received and what a piece of crap. These were door mats. They are so cheap and thin, I have bath towels in the rag bucket that are better quality!
Today, I sent another email to this Julie-supposedly a Supervisor to keep their 2 items that they claim was shipped out on 11/21/19. I said I did not want any other dealings with their company and would tell my bank to not process payment.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
