I used to use overnightprints.com for ALL of my printing needs. They were quick, reliable, and their products were good. Lately, however, their print quality has suffered. Misalignments, bad color shifts, poor line cuts, stray gluing... And don't get me started on their shipping. One thing I loved about printing with them was the ability to choose the day I would receive my products. I haven't received a product on time in 9 months. And I don't mean it's off by a day or two. I'm talking WEEKS. No communication at all. I just have to wait. Their customer service is abyssmal. BUYER BEWARE! You'll eventually get your stuff (maybe) but don't expect it to be on time, and expect the quality to be sub-par.
I'm very upset with the service I got from Overnight Prints (www.overnightprints.com/. I paid over $100 for overnight delivery because I needed my package by November 1st. When I checked on October 31, FedEx said the delivery wouldn't happen until November 4th. I contacted their support, and the representative promised they would make sure it arrived on the 1st. It didn't. My package finally showed up on November 4th, which was way too late because my event had already passed.
When I asked for a full refund, they only offered $30. I tried to escalate the issue, and they told me to submit a ticket on their site, which I did. The same representative (Shinell W) replied, and I haven't heard anything back since. There's no phone number to call, and their response has been terrible.
In the end, I paid extra for a service they didn't deliver, and I'm left with materials I can't even use. Very disappointing experience, and the customer service (Shinell W) was no help at all.
This company is a disaster. My order was to be delivered March 1st by UPS. UPS said they delivered it on March 3rd (left at the door, no signature of course), but the company said it was 'in transit' and UPS said only Overnight could trace the delivery. Left a message with Overnight (which is ONLY by AI chatbot) and no real person got back to me in 24 hours as promised. Now their website says it was to be delivered 'yesterday' but is still 'in transit'
I wish I could leave them 0 stars. Their website show reviews which (based on the reaction here) are obviously fake. Wish I had seen this before wasting my money.
My order was supposed to be delivered today. I didn't receive any updates, so I reached out to their chat customer service. They stated that the order is still in production and they have no idea of the status. They told me to open a ticket. Horrible communication as I have to use multiple channels and they don't communicate proactively. I assume my order won't be here for the event I ordered it for. The lack of communication means I don't have other options since I didn't know in advance. I also have to waste my time tracking them down since they don't communicate anything. AVOID if you need something on time.

"Overnight" is anything BUT what this company offers. Projects have been consistently delayed without adequate communication. The customer service is virtually nonexistent. Ordering is easy. Paying is easy. Getting the product on time - ehhh...pray about it! Thoroughly disappointed with this business. The quality of the products I'd received in years past was excellent. I don't know if there was a management change or what but even a few times prior to the pandemic the service had started falling off. After a 2 year break I thought they'd be back on track so I tried again. I should not have done it. Now I'm two days away from an event scrambling to get a product that I was told was in production 5 days ago.
I've been waiting 3 weeks for prints that I needed for a presentation over a week ago. There are so many inconsistencies. First, there was an issue with bleed lines. I was charged $2 per page for them to make the adjustment. I paid the additional $56 in addition to the $177. The order sat in que for almost 2 weeks. I reached out via the live chat, just to find out they no longer had the file. I resubmitted the file via the chat. There was another hold put on the account. Logged back in via the chat and was told I needed to approve the file (I had already previously approved). I responded the file was approved and received an email saying I would receive a tracking number (for the second time).Alas, tonight...it says I hadn't made a payment, which I had. This is the most cumbersome, archaic system I've ever encountered. Needless to say, I have no prints and NO INTENTION on every using this company. The poor level of customer service is astounding and the chat is further frustrating as they don't seem to have access to much. Not sure how these people are still in business.
I needed my order by a certain date. I paid for that date of delivery. When the package didn't arrive I chatted the company. They said "Oh yes, we have had a ton of internal delays." The event I needed the cards for came and went. They said they would get back to me on a way to make-good but they never did. If you need something fast, do not go with them.

I ordered 2500 business cards 8/8/23 and paid extra for delivery on 8/14. The cards did not come so I looked on the website and saw my cards had not even been printed yet. I contacted customer service and was told they would let "them" know I was on a deadline. (I had a huge marketing expo on 8/23) I was also told to contact customer service when I received my cards and they would give me a discount. On 8/21, I contacted customer service again (the cards were being printed) and asked them to expedite shipping because I needed the cards by the morning of 8/23. I was told they were positive they would ship them ASAP. Well, 8/23 came and went. I had to make other arrangements with higher priced merchandise since this company did not do anything that they advertised. On 8/29, my cards arrive. 8/30, I contact customer service again explaining I was told I would receive a discount for my late order. I was given an $18 credit for my next order…what? Why would I order from these people again? I told them I no longer needed the cards so I would return them unopened for a full refund. I was told they would give no refunds for unauthorized returns and that I had been given my $18 credit, the difference in price between basic shipping and the expedited shipping fee I had paid. This is absolutely no appropriate response to an obviously poor business practice. I was not contacted/notified at any time that my order would be delayed. I was not given the option to cancel my order. The business ethics and customer service are lacking and I would never use this company again. By the way, there are tons of complaints filed with the BBB regarding this company. Stay away!
I received my business card form overnight prints. The quality is terrible. Cards are inconsistent, size doesn't match, cards even had white banner all around. On too of all that, there is no one to talk to. They don't have customer service phone

My last two experiences ordering 3 different business card sets were a disaster. This latest order is now a full week late. Maybe change their name to "overaweeklateprints.com"?
The last time this happened, which was last year, they said they had a problem with one of their printers or cutters and I was upset but understood. This time it just showed me I need to find a new "go-to" company for cards.
I paid $60 for rush order 1-2 days. It arrived 3 weeks later. They completely botched the order. Sent me something far different than I ordered. They would not correct mistake. They would not refund me for delays. I spent so many days on the phone with them and chatting and just got sent in circles. So bad.
Ordered via express, no refund, no delivery so far. Contact unfriendly as can be. No solution found yet
My experience its not Good at all! I never received any email for aprouve my design need to chat then for 3 days and guess what? I paid for a type of delivery and just know for nothing they just said dont know when my order came very unprofessional company never buy again
I would click zero if I could. Delivered late, horrible quality, cut with a dull knife, off centered print, wrong finish on the cards just for starters. These guys used to be great but obviously something changed. I have been asked to prove what the cards looked like twice. Each time I share the pictures, I must get put in a folder of "I DON"T CARE". End of story, the cards are horrible and countless times of reaching out and being ignored, I have had it. Picture for proof: The white cards are great and properly sized. The maroon card is the epic failure. 2nd picture is my proof. See any difference?
If I could leave a zero star review I would. Not only was my product shipped over three weeks late, when it did arrive, it wasn't even the postcard I ordered. I received a postcard from another company. It took three weeks to get a response to my customer service request asking where my product was and my request for a full refund. I was offered a credit on $15 for shipping that had to be used on their site.
The customer service experience was deplorable and I feel this company is fraudulent. Not only did I not receive my product in time, I never received the product I ordered and approved via proofs and was refused a refund.
If you want reliable, accurate printing services, I would (and will be using) use a different company.
I ordered 2 sets of 100 cards each. One for myself, and one for my partner.
Shipping took 10 days, not exactly "overnight" and after spending time to do all the graphics work
And place logo. 2 boxes of 100 cards each arrived, both for my partner! After 5 on a Friday and I wait all weekend to get a response telling me to do my order over and they will get it right this time. Not willing to take another gamble, I need my cards so I will now go to a printer.
As a graphic designer, I used to use them for personal and professional purposes and refer others to them. NO more… their customer service phone number and "24/7 live chat" never work, and they reply two fulls weeks after you contact them by email (without an actual resolution, so you have to wait another two weeks after replying again). They messed up the rounded corners and the coloring in an order two months ago, and last month they delivered someone else's order to me. Weeks later, I have not received my order or any customer service assistance, which has caused a number of problems, including a huge delay in a mailing I needed to do and the added cost of having to order from another company while waiting for a refund (hopefully?) from here. STAY AWAY, it's not worth the risk.
Not only am I disappointed with my experience, but actually shocked with how I was treated as a sad customer. I placed and order 6/25, and paid $25+ for fast shipping to get here in 3 days, but they didn't even ship my product until 6/28. Now I'm out of town, without the business cards I needed for the exciting last minute event I was chose to attend. So, so disappointing. And all they said was "Shipping dates are estimated." and that info is buried somewhere in their terms and conditions. They don't care or offer any help or sympathy. With so many competitors out there, definitely order your products anywhere else.
Answer: They are a scam. They will take your money and they'll send you back the worst products you've ever seen. My business cards had long white space along the right side and along the bottoms. The bottom area was cut crooked. They blamed this on my professionally-created artwork (by a national company that has done tens of thousands of previous business card designs) and then refused to make it right or refund my money. Spend the $5-10 more it takes to get it done right, go ANYplace else but these guys.
Answer: It's easy to get a hold of their customer service but they are useless if you need help.
