Someone was online faster than I expected and was able to help me with my changes. It was also great that I could upload my artwork changes directly from the chat window. Very convenient! My only criticism is that as much as I appreciate the service provided I would prefer to have the option to re upload my artwork and reposition it myself through the website as I often do with on other printing websites. So I took a star off for that... however I would give them 4.5 stars if I could.

Rush Order Tees is the best T-Shirt shop on the internet. There are many that are capable of creating a nice t-shirt for you. But I know of only one other that has the many different functions to truly make your t-shirt amazing. That one is BlueCottom, they're great, but their prices are outrageous, twice as much as Rush Order Tees.

I made a custom sweatshirt for my boyfriend, paid express shipping, not only was it exactly what I envisioned, but it arrived a day early! It's very user friendly and comes out true to image on the computer. They give you different quality options and it was super easy. I loved the design notes option so you can make sure to convey what you're looking for and the chat option for FAQ was super helpful. Thank you!

First off, the product quality from RushOrderTees Is phenomenal. Second, there was a slight issue with my order (I was missing one item), and BOOM… I never had an easier experience getting in touch with their Support Team and they made sure that things were rectified to my satisfaction. I love your service - and the ability to only order one or two shirts (even with super custom designs like artwork on the sleeve) - this is unique and much appreciated. My only complaint is the quality of the material is good but the lettering started to peel off after a couple of washes. I thought it was screen printing and not iron on letters.

I accidentally ordered the incorrect long sleeve T-shirt. I didn't realize it until the wrong one arrived. Understandably, I couldn't return the T-shirt because it was my mistake. I reached out to Customer Service and they got back to me very quickly via email. They offered me a discount code to purchase the one I wanted, which I was appreciative of. They actually ended up paying for the T-shirt as a one time courtesy. Many companies would not care enough about a very small order, but they did. They've got my business!

Luke was clear, helpful, and worked with me to get my order placed! Really appreciated the help combining items to make our order more affordable! We will definitely use Rush Order Tees again!

This place is great! High quality stuff, and super fast. I'm a designer so I've tried lots of shirt print shops over the years for shirts for my job, church, friends, etc. I've ordered a bunch of different shirts and sweatshirts from here and been very happy with all of them. One design was printed a bit crooked for a single order but they were super nice when I reached out and sent me a new fixed version just a few days later for free. They've become my go to tshirt print shop!

My review is more for the fact that your website states that there is no minimum for screen printing and when I asked whether we can guarantee things are screen printing vs dtf, I was told there is a minimum for screen printing. This is directly opposite from what is on the website faq. When I said it to the person helping me, they simply asked if there were any other questions and didn't explain the discrepancy.

I ordered 2 t-shirts with graphics. One came out very well. Another had a graphic and text that were supposed to be predominantly red, but were orange. After getting 2 more shirts thar were still orange, I put up a negative review here
Heather from customer support contacted me and had to make multiple calls to reach me but persisted. She personally oversaw another attempt at the shirt on a short sleeved shirt. When that looked good, she had the long-sleeved shirt that I originally ordered printed. What was really cool was that she sent the short-sleeved shirt on with no charge. The design, in the end, turned out beautifully. I gave 4 stars; if I'd been reviewing Heather, it would be 5 stars.

Overall, I would order from RushOrderTees again and would recommend them to someone else.

I had place an order back in December for a January 2 delivery date. My package appeared to have gotten lost, so I reached out to customer service and they were extremely helpful! They were able to re-print my order and rush ship it in a day. My order arrived on time before our trip and the sweatshirts turned out perfectly! Thank you again!

I've ordered before and the team at Rush Order Tees is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and so pleasant.
This order was time critical. I had them expedited. When my order came, I realized I ordered incorrect sizes.
I called Customer Service and described my dilemma. Well, they did the shirts again and RUSHED the shirts to me with expedited shipping at a reduced price. Doesn't get better than them.

Geraldine was very helpful in providing recommendations for shirts. I think an easier sample ordering/request process would be better, it would be nice for me to be able to place one order/request for samples and pay once for those instead of 4 separate times for the shirts and shipping especially on a large order.

Luke was my customer service rep and he was excellent. I have purchased from Rush Order Tees before and had good luck. They were a bit more expensive than my previous printer but his assistance and suggestions made it well worth any additional costs. It is nice to see someone still has customer service and I am glad to pay for it. Well done

I didn't really read up on the bad reviews like I should have prior to placing an order with this company but sadly, many of these negative reviews resonate with me and my experience with this company. I placed an order for a rush job and the words on the shirts are so small yet their shirts are extremely too big so it just looks blah. Their extra small is huge even for me I've worn xsmall forever and this is the largest xsmall I have ever seen for sure. What really did it for me is one of my designs, my most important one at that, was ordered in red but what I received is definitely an orange color completely ruining my last minute launch event in which the colors are primarily red and black. This orange writing will not match with any of my other red and black merch. Highly disappointed as these were extremely expensive. I had accidentally damaged a t-shirt of my daughter's that had sentimental value. Having used Rushordertees before and having been happy with the results, I immediately mailed them pictures of the stencils on the shirt and asked them to replicate it on a new t-shirt. The shirt arrived today and my daughter couldn't be happier. She says it looks exactly like the other. A stellar job. I would recommend rushordertees to anyone

Needed to overlay text and didn't know about hidden space characters. Luke kindly enlightened me during our friendly discourse and I was on my way. It's the little things in a good design that stand out and make it special. I know my father-in-law will appreciate his birthday gift even more than he already would have. A+ to the site and team.

This is most definitely my worst experience with any printer in my 30 year design career.
I have never had such poor quality presented, to a client in my life.
The logo has not been printed horizontally across shirt, but at an angle. Are you kidding me?

Rush Order Tees ( Rushordertees.com) does NOT give a refund. No matter how bad the quality.
What was misleading was their 5 star Ad with Google. Then I find out later. That this was false advertising, as I am reading on this website. I have some friends at google, I will contact them, and make sure that this company can no longer present false advertising.

$350 for 8 shirts, and no refund. That is a lot of money wasted!

When my order was printed incorrectly, I was expecting to meet a lot of resistance getting things done correctly. Instead, Rush Order Tees acknowledged their mistake and instantly offered to totally correct the situation instead.

They probably could have "satisfied" me with something less but instead chose to delight me instead (and to keep a customer for life)!

Very satisfied with the orders I have been receiving for my husbands business. Great quality, great customer service. Fast and easy to make orders or edit designs. Love that they proof the work before production and send it to you via email for confirmation, was very hesitant about ordering online but it turned out that ordering from here was 110% better then going to the place I did near me. Placed about 3 - 4 orders already and will be making more. RushedOrderTees is the way the place to order from! Mahalo & God Bless
