This company has horrible reviews other than this sitejabber pay for only good reviews to be counted, clearly something is wrong here. They take your money and deliver nothing but excuses until you quit asking questions. Even read their employee reviews, terribly run company. Don't order from this place, you will regret it!
I ordered 500 cards on 2/7/19. Their shipping rates are extremely high. This feels like a bait and switch - even the name of the company is absurd when one considers that I ordered cards on 2/7/19 and they are due to be delivered on 2/19/19. These could have been sent for less ($7.50 flat rate) USPS and arrived two days after the order went in. Meanwhile, I miss a very important business deadline. The company was completely unhelpful when I did an online chat and when I telephoned. They were unwilling to help me meet my deadline. I do not plan to EVER deal with this shabby outfit again. Stay away!
Obviously misprinted businesses cards and after back and forth emailing they said its less than 1/16 inch off (it was definitely more) they won't be fixing the problem. No reprinting and no refunding. I spent over $100 on 250 cards and they look like crap! They even admitted to seeing the defect: "We can see the issue that you mention but it is still within the limits." WOW!
I've used them multiple times and suggested them to others but their customer service is terrible and as a "gold member" I'll never spend another cent there. Terrible!
Very telling that they don't let you write reviews on their Facebook.
Poor customer service and product, stay away! I ordered bright blue background that was picked on their website for 2000 business cards, what I received was a dull ugly purple. These don't match at all with my business and can't be used. According to them too bad we don't guarantee our colors even when picked from our site. So I am out a bit of money and have no cards, spend your hard earned money elsewhere!
Awful service, made the mistake of ordering twice over a year apart. Both times each order was delayed by weeks even though I paid for expedited shipping. My second order is over a month overdue and still has no ETA. I am now having to dispute because they refuse to give me a full refund when I am no longer in need of the product. Lots of other services provide similar products available that are capable of meeting deadlines, or at least not passing them by several weeks. Do not order, but if you do, absolutely never pay extra for earlier delivery dates. And prepared to not have any of your products on time. Why bother offering expedited shipping for a premium when they are incapable of delivering? I would have thought this may be due to Covid, but I had the same experience with my first order well before Covid occurred. Plenty of other complaints over the years with the exact same experience.
Have been a customer for several years, but there has been a notable decrease in the quality of printing. Had my last set of business cards reprinted due to streaks and washed out color. Thought I'd give them another try. After a three week print que, I got more of the same. Not worth the savings. As they say, you get what you pay for.
This company really doesn't care about keeping customers. They are happy with a one time sale that turns out to be a completely butchered order and shipping? Don't even bother paying the extra fee to get your order quickly! They shipped my order 3 days later-on the day that it was supposed to actually arrive-needless to say my order arrived after the event for which it was meant to be and exactly 4 days after the arrival date that was promised on their website… I no longer have any use for the product, when I spoke with supervisors and production managers all they had to offer was the shipping cost difference?! Although they did admit they are having issues with their production department. I don't understand why those issues have been projected unto me and there is a complete lack of interest in making customers happy..
BE AWARE: This company completely forgot our order. We had to message them the day before our trade-show to find out. They didn't even know.
Their customer service was sub par at best, as they didn't even offer a solution, when asked I was given the following response:
" Do you want me to follow up with you via email once we get an update from production? "

Over the last few years, working with Overnight Prints has been a horrible nightmare. We receive approximately 50% of orders later than the date we requested the items. Often, with overnight printing we get the order late which defies any reason as to why the company is called overnight prints or why they charge extra for overnight printing and delivery.
Furthermore, we've talked to customer service quite a few times, and over the last 2-3 years their response has been "we're really busy right now". It just seems that no one cares.
Lastly, the way the company phrases the email they send out to write a review is skewed so that it seems they are asking whether you received your order rather than write an honest review.

All 5 separate orders I have received have had problems. Mostly the Art is not centered on one or both sides. And the artwork and spot varnish can be off centered by 1/4 inch. One one occasion I have gotten full bleed cards with a white stripe of paper showing. Oh and if you get round corners they look like garbage. I gave them 2 stars because of price and turnaround time and customer service is good. But if the quality is so bad what is the point? That being said I will probably keep trying because I like disappointment.

Paid for RUSH print which is supposed to be produced the same business day. Now 7 days passed and it is still in production. Live chatted with customer service and they only use pre-drafted script which is irrelevant to my concern. And they ended the conversation abruptly without solving the issue. When the chat ended, they offered the option to save the chat script. Of course that doesn't work either and errors keep popping up. I also find whatever rating shows up on this sitejabber not trustworthy. Now I'm writing so many words, they still deem my review incredible...
Yeah... this is the third time and here's the thing these guys used to be AMAZING. Don't know what happened or why this has changed, but once upon a time, I could really count on Overnight Prints and now... i can't. And that's unbelievably disappointing. My last two orders, were scheduled to be shipped and delivered on a certain date, and both missed their deadline.
Bummer guys, you just lost a customer who buys for her clients.

I have been a customer for 10 years and this company has now turned against it's loyal customers. My order was supposed to be here by March 29,2022 and it is April 8 and still no order or why it is late. Will never use again.
This is by far the worst Company I have EVER dealt with. They won't even fix their mistakes after they agreed to refund my money they never have. I have told everyone I know to stay clear of them. Very poor quality workmanship and they take forever. They only ripped me off for around thirty dollars but it has cost them several hundred in business.
I placed my order 5/2. It's 6/6 today. My order FINALLY shipped. Order expected next week -- more than 1 month since order. When I asked for an updated ETA, all I got was non-answers. Terrible customer service, even worse production times.
15 days to make 1000 business cards and not done yet. The worst customer service, they hang out on you, cut the chat on you when you ask to cancel your order since they couldn't deliver on time promised.
I am still waiting for my order. Don't use them, you will have high blood pressure dealing with this kind of people.
Ordered customer printed cookies. They were supposed to be printed and mailed within a week. The order status on the website showed them as being shipped the next day, but where I check the actual tracking, it showed the package was never received by FedEx. I contacted customer service multiple times and they kept telling me the order was already shipped. Then when it never arrived, they said it had gotten lost in production. Allegedly, they're doing an investigation with FedEx and then I'll get refunded. This feels like a scam. Do not make the mistake that I did.
They sent me someone else's order. I try to contact them and the only person I can reach is their live chat, who offers no help says I need to send in pictures because apparently they outsource all their customer service. Haven't heard anything, and judging by other sites everyone is having issues with them this month. Stay away from this company there are far better, far more reputable, and caring then whatever this company is.
Our company ordered 1,500 cards greeting cards for Christmas, and use their mailing services we purchased last Dec. 11,2020. The transaction was smooth and we paid on time. Overnight prints promised that the cards will be shipped out, before December 25,2020 and will also be received the customers by then. We keep on tracking our order thru their website and it was not even updated.we understand if they have a lot of orders but they're still taking people's money with the understanding they're likely to get their orders quickly. They don't even seem to be using the extra shipping cost towards expedited shipping which is incredibly dishonest. They shipped out the cards just today, January 06,2020 and IT IS ALREADY LATE! We asked for a refund, but they didn't allowed. Disappointed, and wasn't happy about the wasted time, energy, and cost. Will not order again with this company!
We ordered brochures on 9/13/2022. After one month, we emailed several times. Out customers were unhappy waiting week after week. Received generic emails back saying, "we are a priority". Ha. Finally heard back (6 weeks later) that they wanted us to cancel order (that they were "working hard on") or have us resubmit for a lighter paper stock cover. Horrible company that we will never do business with again. 6 weeks for an order that should take 2 and no personal care for customers.

Answer: They are a scam. They will take your money and they'll send you back the worst products you've ever seen. My business cards had long white space along the right side and along the bottoms. The bottom area was cut crooked. They blamed this on my professionally-created artwork (by a national company that has done tens of thousands of previous business card designs) and then refused to make it right or refund my money. Spend the $5-10 more it takes to get it done right, go ANYplace else but these guys.
Answer: It's easy to get a hold of their customer service but they are useless if you need help.
