I like using print runner as they are easy to use and the products look the same as the sample for approval. No variations or color discrepancies so what you see is what you get. They are reasonably priced and the quality is consistent in the whole batch and batch to batch. Never disappointed with the items I purchased.
I approved a proof for a design on a magnet (honestly even the proof they sent wasn't as good/accurate as what I had sent them in the first place but I accepted it as I was super busy and it was "ok").and it came back not looking like the proof at all with the entire image skewed to the top and lettering touching or just missing the end of the magnet at the top and a gaping space at the bottom. (See below pics -- one with dotted lines shows all of the black space that was likely to show up, the one take on my leg is the product I got.I might also upload what I sent later if I have time). They look so ridiculous it would show a very unprofessional image so what am I going to do with 200 unusable magnets? They refused money back or to redo and offere 1/3 discount to rebuy but WTH would I want to rebuy when it was obvious a 7 year old cut have done a better job with a printer from home and they refused to help me /fix the problem? So disappointed.

I ordered some vinyl stickers for my business. They came in on time, look good, and were priced well. I had previously used another online printer, but print runner had a great price so I thought I'd give them and try and I'm glad I did. I will use them again.

We purchase a lot of stickers each year as it is very much apart of our brand. Tried Print Runner for the first time because the pricing was very good. Sadly this was a massive mistake as the stickers peel up after a few weeks. The process to get a refund was awful. To me it felt like the customer service and claims departments were set up in a fraudulent way with the hopes customers just give up and eat the costs. Because of this experience I am going out of my way to get as many reviews out there on the internet to protect other perspective customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM PRINTRUNNER.
I have very satified in the past will all my orders. However, this last time I had an issues & the communication has been lacking. I have reached out several times for a status update after they requested the return of the misprinted products & now I am getting ghosted.

I reached out to them and there was nobody to talk to... after almost two months of correspondence with no resolution a rude lady called ny husband by the name of * and said sorry we can't help you.
Don't buy from these people! Rude.

Heads up, everyone. PrintRunner.com is not to be trusted. We wasted $500 on unusable stickers, and hope you won't make the same mistake...
After providing a lot of documentation, PrintRunner.com actually accepted responsibility (great start!) and issued us a store credit. When I asked for an actual refund to my credit card, the Customer Service Manager told me this was "against their policies". Kindly, I insisted there had to be a way (right?!), but they assured me they could not do this. The system would not allow it to happen.
I politely asked if I could talk to someone who makes the policies or controls the systems. I even offered to take a refund via check. The customer service manager, who I must say was very nice, told me that the CEO makes the policies and this person does not take customer calls - as a policy...
So that was the end of the road. I will go to my credit card company and see if it is possible to submit a chargeback request.

Avoid Print Runner services at all cost! Print Runner refuses to make any corrections caused by their online web design platform. We have made several attempts to resolve a couple of mistakes, caused by their design platform. Finally, after 6 days of attempting to contact them, we sat on hold with 3 lines for nearly 3.75 hours. At this time, a kind woman came to the phone to tell us they were not able to make the correction. We will never order from them. They have absolutely awful customer service!
I have my own website that I sell merchandise on & I owe a lot of my great product quality to PrintRunner. This is the best printing company! I've used them over 5 times. Have sent them different type of files. From print jobs on stickers, flyers, business cards, to posters. All different sizes. All turned out great! Better than I've expected actually. Their customer service is also great! Turn-around time is even better. I will continue to use them for years on. Very happy customer.
I ordered 2 table cloths which I paid over $600 for just for them to arrive with my logo pixelated. When ordering, I sent a file of my logo and they immediately said I needed a higher resolution. I sent a second file, and they said nothing of the quality and sent a proof for me to review. Of course an online proof on a 13" laptop screen would not look pixelated, so I accepted the proof thinking that if there was an issue, they would let me know. Shortly after receiving my order, I reached out to the customer service team who told me I should have read the notes, aka fine print, and that they would only offer me $40 in store credit for my next purchase. Ha! Like anyone in their right mind would pay $600 for table cloths and be ok with less-than-perfect printing.
Moral of the story, their "300-point inspection" is just a phrase used to gain your trust, not a promise to deliver.
Last week I had project to print 1,000 5x7 invitation cards. But when I started to read reviews for different printing companies I was very confused. Some of them averaged 1-2 stars. I was wondering what's going on. Why would someone say 'stay away from this company" etc. Was it because their printing quality was bad? Was it because they didn't crop design correctly? A lot of companies had similar price plus minutes $20 for thousand cards, however when I went to check out, some charged $112 for shipping, yet PrintRunner had free shipping. So I took a gamble and absolutely LOVE final product. Company asked for 4 business days to print, but I got tracking number on 3rd day. And because I'm in Cali, package arrived within 2 days. So glad it worked out.
Answer: I actually did an experiment. I ordered 3 sets of stickers from 3 different places. Printrunner had the worst performance.
Answer: They will print your stickers, but the quality may be questionable and they will not make your concerns a priority! Watch out for fees!
