Love the print quality in these shirts. I switched over my entire shirt production to these guys. The only issue I have right now is that they have a hard time keeping certain sizes in stock which has led to a few upset customers. Im hoping they can tackle this issue as I start to fully commit to them.
Just got off a call with Mike after realizing I had an issue with a discontinued product in my store, and his understanding, professionalism, and kindness in assisting me was outstanding. These days it's so rare to find this level of customer support and Mike, and CustomCat have always been amazing for all of my business needs.

My experience with CustomCat started off a bit challenging as a newcomer to the platform. It took a few tries to get the hang of things, as the interface isn't the most user-friendly. However, once I got familiar, the process became much smoother. On the positive side, the customer service team deserves a solid 5 stars—they were quick to respond and extremely helpful with any questions I had. Overall, CustomCat is a decent platform with excellent support, though it could be improved to make it more intuitive for beginners.
