However, I had worked with Frame USA products as a professional framer in the past and knew the quality is unmatched for the price, so I took my time navigating the site and found the perfect frame. Called customer service with problem they sent out another frame cover very fast
The pictures I looked at showed a mating in the frames. None of the frames we received had a mating. Which we will make work and it will be fine. Maybe I didn't read the description correctly.

Hi Duane, There are only a select standard sizes that include a stock mat. Unfortunately, the largest standard size that comes with a mat is 16x20. A full list of what comes with frames can be found here: https://www.frameusa.com/what-comes-with-my-frame. It is also listed on each page below the description, by the size. All of the images on our website showcase the 8x10 which does come standard with a mat.
