The frame I ordered was very beautiful and arrived just as I expected. The frame was very affordable.

I ordered 9 frames all about 20" X 27". All frames were the right size. The white frames were wrapped in paper instead of vinyl like the black frames. It is very fragile. The joints on the white frames are not tight and show a lot. The MDF cores are not ridged and are weak. I wish you would glue your joints. Your frames offer the narrow profile I seek, and I will order more.

I ordered the wrong size initially and had to contact support. They were very prompt and polite in their response and I was quick to realize my mistake. Ordered the correct size immediately when I realized and it shipped right away.
