Great pricing. Highly recommended company. Made ordering very easy.
Customer service was bad from the start. They provided contradictory information about shipping. Product arrived nearly 3 weeks after their stated processing time. No one could give me a proper status. AND the products themselves are not good either. Framing is rickety, there is no covering on the back - you see the frame points. And those were not put in correctly, I had to secure each one. The actual image printing is good. I will never buy from this company again.

I was looking for specific frames for two prints I purchased on vacation. I was really pleased that Frame USA popped up in my search. I like buying products made in the US but I was also wary as things bought online seldom meet expectations. Frame USA delivered a high-quality product in a timely manner and at a reasonable price!

Of the two frames I purchased, only one actually functions as a hangable frame. I caution against purchasing the in-depth frame as the tabs on the frame only allow for the mat to be pressed against the glass, which contradicts the perceived depth shown in the image. Additionally, the hangers being too far from the wall add to the discrepancy between the image and the product functionality.

It is heavy, well constructed. And absolutely stunning while not overwhelming the art. All in all, it's a perfect frame.

Since you have been bought the selection is not ideal, nor the custom sizes being maximized at 36". I am very disappointed.
