Loved that the designers sent me proofs to make sure that everything looked good before processing the order. We had to revise my order on the design side (which was also a complete mess) a few times but i was still assured that my order would arrive on time. It did not. My order arrived 2 days after my event was shceduled which was the entire reason i ordered from you.

Ordered decals from them and they came damaged, they won't replace because even though they admit the items are damaged I am a few days passed their policy timeframe to help. For a company that boasts good customer reviews you would think they would want to make things right.

While the product was fine, my experience with customer service was awful. First of all, this is NOT an American company. The product was printed and shipped from India. Communications were almost impossible due to broken English. They sent me proofs from someone else's job, and for a week straight, we went back and forth on proofs they kept sending me ā ones I never asked for in the first place ā telling me that if I didn't approve them in time, it would affect my shipping date. The "new cost" for shipping would be in the range of $300-$500. There were at least 20 emails sent trying to sort through this mess, and the phone messages left were unintelligible due to the language barrier. The product WAS late, but thankfully, I planned ahead and was still able to use them, but I learned my lesson. The grief associated with using this company was not worth the savings. I do not recommend this company. Had I known it would be produced and supported by a foreign country, NO DEAL.

I designed my own cards. They were able to make sure my QR code was readable. Processing and shipping did not take long and the quality it very nice. I am very pleased

I needed a banner within a couple of weeks, I submitted my logo and they were very quick to get back with my on design changes that needed to happen, and once I approved the design I had the banner within a week. The banner is great quality and I'm super happy with it, will definitely use them again for future needs!

Customer service is terrible! Argued with me - told me that there was an 11% chance if would not get it on time - did not even offer to refund the expired shipping fee!
Had to escalate to higher levels, and then they obstructed all my refunds - I threatened to go to my credit card company for a full refund. I had to jump through hoops, answer two emails, and call 5 times!
Finally refunded the expedited shipping after much frustration! Why didn't they do that from the start?

Delivery was delayed by 2 days despite paying for urgent delivery - I could see this was going to happen as one of the parcels wasn't even shipped until the day before it was due to be delivered and was still in India. No resolution given apart from an offer of 50% refund on the delivery cost - this is not proportionate to the delay caused and inconvenience, as well as the extra costs incurred as we had to re-order with another supplier to ensure we had what we needed. And the other supplier still delivered before Bannerbuzz, exactly as expected. I will not be using BannerBuzz again.

I ordered vinyl for an art exhibition. There were edits and approvals, then more approvals. I responded to each email I recieved and the site was not clear on how I could approve any more than I did. However, it was apparently NOT approved. The job DID NOT move forward, and we ended up cancelling and going local. We will do that going forward. This was a mess.

Answer: They do very good lip service. I ordered a vinyl product from them and they did not produce what I had expected and what we had agreed on. But after further conversations I was convinced that they would be able to get it right the second time so I ordered two different items from them, still vinyl product. And they did it again they did not do the background as I had agreed with the artist and with what my artwork showed. They have made no effort to try and correct the issue. Neither time. Shame on me. I let them fool me twice.
