I always use Banner Buzz and never had a bad experience until my most recent. I purchased two roll banners of the same image. There were lines implying low ink, the black looked blue, my logo was nearly missing completely. I'm rating 2 stars because of the customer service - I understand low ink happens! When I brought this to Banner Buzz, they were 100% certain I submitted the incorrect file type and refused any sort of resolution. When finally speaking with management, I provided proof that I, in fact, did send in the correct file type and the similar items I had ordered weeks prior were 100% ok (thus proving more it was on Banner Buzz). Still waiting on my approval for a re-print.
If you are expecting to get your order overnight with overnight shipping, you'll be very disappointed. We paid for overnight shipping for an event that was three days later…we received the item a week later. Their resolution was to give us 50% off the shipping expense. Will never use again. Poor customer service.

As a long-time and repeat customer, I can truly say that BannerBuzz has always provided us with great quality products that arrive on-time or earlier than expected. We had one recent issue with a part of our order missing and their customer service got a replacement sent out immediately. Ordered a wheel out sidewalk sign, or so I thought… apparently it defaults to "graphic only" which doesn't make any sense why it would do that. So, you have to catch it, and I did not. So, I ended up paying over $200 for sign graphics that I can get for $20 for the identical quality from someone local. I'd be fine if the graphics were not over priced cheap crap, because I do put partial fault on myself but why should I click on something I want and it default to a partial product? I was offered no help

I liked being able to use a basic design and personalize it to meet my needs. I liked that when it came time to proof the Art department asked if any changes needed to be made with one of the colors. I was so thankful, because I had missed one small detail. It made the cards look so good.
You should also know that the "billing" section of payment should accept P.O. Boxes. I was forced to enter the shipping address. I receive my credit card statement at my P.O. Box. That is one broken thing about the website. Design process was good. Payment not so good. Thank you.

Answer: It is an absolute scam. Please avoid at all cost. I had a horrible experience and got scammed for £200
Answer: They do very good lip service. I ordered a vinyl product from them and they did not produce what I had expected and what we had agreed on. But after further conversations I was convinced that they would be able to get it right the second time so I ordered two different items from them, still vinyl product. And they did it again they did not do the background as I had agreed with the artist and with what my artwork showed. They have made no effort to try and correct the issue. Neither time. Shame on me. I let them fool me twice.
