Loved that the designers sent me proofs to make sure that everything looked good before processing the order. The only thing I would suggest is that the designers read the design comments carefully before sending the proofs, it would have saved some time. Other than that, great service and quality 👍

We had to revise my order on the design side (which was also a complete mess) a few times but i was still assured that my order would arrive on time. It did not. My order arrived 2 days after my event was shceduled which was the entire reason i ordered from you.

Ordered decals from them and they came damaged, they won't replace because even though they admit the items are damaged I am a few days passed their policy timeframe to help. For a company that boasts good customer reviews you would think they would want to make things right.

Paid for expedited shipping. Arrived one full week later than the promised ship date. Needed for a trade show. Missed it. Called and was told by banner buzz that it was a fed ex problem and that they could not help me.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the vinyl banner. It was only up a few days when the grommets tore and it fell. It's been repaired repeatedly and is still tearing.

Banner Buzz kept me in the loop every step of the way when it came to making sure the quality was what I wanted. It really means alot. This Banner is the start of our non profit cosplay group! It will mean we can stand out and advertise more during events we are apart of. Our first one is to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House and it means so much we can do it with an amazing banner.

Whether I have ordered collectors cards, brochures, banners, etc. all the products I have received from Banner Buzz have been good quality and a price that beats all other competitors.

Our ordered ended up delayed in shipping. I think this was caused by the time zone difference at first, then there was an unwarranted delay to ship on one product.

We are struggling with delivery and each email kept telling me that priority shipping has an 89% chance of happening. I thought it was weird language, but I figured out was because it wasn't going to be here by the date I pad priority for.

I needed a banner within a couple of weeks, I submitted my logo and they were very quick to get back with my on design changes that needed to happen, and once I approved the design I had the banner within a week. The banner is great quality and I'm super happy with it, will definitely use them again for future needs!

We purchased a banner for our yearly annual meetings to offer our members a place to take pictures and to help our registration desk be recognizable. We experienced excellent customer service with Banner Buzz and the print quality is amazing!

Overall satisfied with the result. The back and forth system with changes is a bit clunky in communication exchange. It works though and got the job done.

The sales agent did not speak English very well. Was very hard to communicate and was very difficult to get him to understand the "artwork order was exactly the same as the previous order. I provided the previous order number. After at least six other communications the art and graphics were approved.

Designing the banner was easy. Great tools. But uploading the artwork on BannerBuzz site did not work. Even while speaking with tech. Rep, we couldn't get artwork created on BB website to upload (no upload button). But they did provide an alternative way to get them the artwork. That's where problems started. Mis-communication between customer support and the designers delayed production by over a week, and that resulted in delivery times that would be too late for the event. Working with BB rep and FedEx, we managed to get the banners just in time. Quality is excellent, but the fact that they are made in India and have to pass through customs in Memphis created significant delay of multiple days.

Everything went as well as any I have had. The product is perfect and as described, high quality, great color, durable, arrived ahead of schedule. Can't ask for more.

The table covers and banners were of good quality, and the time from design to ordering to was prompt and delivery arrived as promised.
