I placed an order with the upgraded option to have it before our opening day event and the day before they sent me ANOTHER "approval" email which I had already done the same day I placed my order. Which is odd anyway since I selected not to have the approval option since it could "delay" production. Either way, I did both. After confirming the second time I received an email stating this would change my arrival date which was beyond my event date. At this point I requested a refund and to cancel my order. This was an unpleasant experience. When I received my refund it was for $25. I paid $240. So, anyhoo… just here to say give your project plenty of time for production and dont upgrade for expedited arrival.
It was a positive experience with lots of help from customer service and the designers. The only draw back was some of the people I talked to they were hard to understand, but it worked out in the end :D

They were unable to get the exact color that was provided and expected me to input information into photoshop to give them the correct color. This should be something capable on their end not mine as a customer.

It is my fault. I mis-understood the die-cut part. I just wanted a rectangle magnetic sign, not one cut around the words. The email from the company was confusing, I don't view "proofs" like this normally, and I should have asked a question instead of assuming it would be exactly what I sent - which was a rectangle. My fault but still stinks that I am out the money and will not be using the signs. My advice to anyone else is to ask more questions and don't assume anything. Again, the product is fine, just not what I wanted.

What was beautiful? The banner and the stand. What was not beautiful, the premium bag that was an upcharge broke the very use. The ordering process also implied a stand was coming with the banners, but I had to order that after I realized it wasnt coming.

I was skeptical... they made it look great when I designed the sign online. But I'm a believer now! The entire process was flawless from start to finish. The sign was exactly as shown. They sent a proof for me to approve, then built the sign in less than a week. I was terrified that it would arrive broken but the packaging was reinforced with angle iron and well padded. Shipping was fast for such a large item (127 inches × 18 inches). I contacted customer service at the beginning of the process and they were friendly, knowledgeable and addressed my concerns immediately. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and enthusiastically recommend this company.

Horrible experience with this company. I ordered 8.5X11 acrylic sign holders for our company's promotional event and they shipped 11X8.5 acrylic sign holders. So our signs would have been sideways. So we just stuck our signs in between the two acrylic plates and leaned them up against stuff which looked stupid. I double checked back at home that I indeed ordered 8.5X11 (WxH) and I had. I asked for a refund from the company and they said I would need to explain why I waited more than 3 days to let them know and I would need line each one up with a measuring tape and take a picture. This is ridiculous. I will never buy from them again or suggest anyone else do so.

Very easy to design; straightforward pricing
I ordered a step and repeat banner for an event and paid expedited shipping so that the order would arrived in advance. The order arrived after the event, 5 days after it was due, as so was useless. I have asked three times to be reimbursed for the step and repeat but have not been as of yet. Very disappointed.

I ordered a flag for an event, paid for expedited shipping to ensure I would have it on time. It arrived several days after my event. This ended up being a waste of time and money.
I had reched out to them multiple times in order to try and get help when I saw that the shipping might be an issue. I wanted their help with the shipper (I had tried toconnect the shipper as well without any luck). All I received in return were stock answers without any action to try and resolve the issue.
The flag itself was good quality. It would have worked well for my event. Unfortunately, it was a one time event and having it arrive late did me no good.

Contacted multiple times when banner shipment did not arrive on date provided. Tracking showed the package had not left India on the date we were told it would be received. Was told to wait 24 hours. Waited 24 hours and contacted again after package was then shown to be in Europe. Told to wait another 24 hours. Our tradeshow shipment of display items had left at this point. Called again the following day, told they would investigate and contact me within 2 hours. Never received a call back. A week later I got a follow up email from your team saying they investigated and the package had shown up and they hoped it was ok. No callback. Tradeshow was in a different state than where they were shipped to and obviously unusable at the time of delivery. Terrible communication, banners are useless now and time and money were completely wasted.

I accidentaly ordered the wrong dimensions (too tall) for the artwork I uploaded and BannerBuzz notified me that the image would be stretched. I explained the error and they immediately switched the product to the correct dimensions and issued me a refund for the difference. The banner looks great and is of excellent quality! They said it might look fuzzy up close due to the image quality of the artwork I uploaded but I got it and it looks fantastic from any distance! Thanks BannerBuzz!

They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself.
