I love Banner Buzz, every time I need an item, it's easy to navigate. Often times Im in a russ and I leave a note with my order that I need it ASAP and they ALWAYS come through! Their products are great and I recommend them to all my co-business owners for advertising!

Every time i submitted a design it took 2-3 days to get back to me. I ended up going somewhere else and had a much better and faster experience

These guys are liars and scammers. I placed an order for some vinyl decals. A couple hours after my order, the scope of my project changed and I needed to cancel the order. I called them to cancel my order. I logged in and the order was showing as processing. I reached out to them and they told me that the order was on hold and someone would be contacting me the next day to process the refund. I thought that was odd. I told them that I was concerned that they were going print it. They assured me they would not. Then... I get a call the next day and the guy tells me that they can't cancel my order because it had already been printed. I then asked for proof and I was told that someone would get back to me in a day or two with photos. Knowing they were lying about printing my order, I told them as much. I said that if they couldn't provide proof then I would simply dispute the charge with my credit card company. NOW... Banner Buzz is REFUSING to ship the "already printed" order out (because they haven't printed it) and they are refusing to give me a refund. THEY ARE JUST TAKING MY M ONEY! THAT IS THEFT! Needless to say, I contacted my credit card company who refunded me my money. You should know, THESE GUYS ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS IN THE TRUEST SENSE. I know they are cheap but you get what you pay for.

Pretty much all in the headline. I placed an order a month ago. I received several contradictory and nonsensical emails saying to ignore previous email. I responded to each email within hours of receiving it and yet it took days to get a response each time. FInally the products go into production and i receive an email saying the delivery date is Thursday, March 27 (yesterday) for an event March 29 (tomorrow). The item never arrived and when i contacted the company they said it was still in production! I asked to cancel the order and was put on hold to speak with a "cancellation team" for 15 mins. Finally at 8:30pm i said i'm not waiting anymore and sent them an email saying the order needs to be cancelled. I received an email just now, 7pm Friday night, 24 hrs prior to our event starting: "... Unfortunately, the product has already been printed and packed and, therefore, cannot be modified or canceled at this stage. We deeply appreciate your understanding.
Please note that if you choose to cancel the order, the product will need to be discarded, and we can offer a refund for 10% of the product cost and the tax amount. We fully understand that this may not be ideal, and we are here to support you through this process. " A TEN PERCENT REFUND FOR AN ORDER THAT WAS PLACED A MONTH AGO AND HASN'T EVEN SHIPPED THE NIGHT PRIOR TO THE EVENT! If you're looking for a company that can't communicate, can't deliver and has atrocious customer service, this is the one for you!

They need a more efficient proofing communication flow. When they provide a comment and I respond in a timely manner, they should too. They don't offer a lot of help in coming up with solutions.

Templates were followed but still didn't work, had to approve three times. Quality of the product was average at best

Good but some specs vague to me. Final view would be nice. Wrong item was put in my basket as a purchase. You said it wasn't - it was. You said you removed it - you didn't. Even after I received my order you send me a request to evaluate the product I never ordered but stayed on my page as a purchase. You have serious problems with your web site purchase system. You used several hours of my time and the problem was STILL not addressed. Luckily, you did not send the additional WRONG item BUT...it still remained on my order page AND you now are asking me to comment on it as a purchase. WOW.

Answer: It is an absolute scam. Please avoid at all cost. I had a horrible experience and got scammed for £200
Answer: They do very good lip service. I ordered a vinyl product from them and they did not produce what I had expected and what we had agreed on. But after further conversations I was convinced that they would be able to get it right the second time so I ordered two different items from them, still vinyl product. And they did it again they did not do the background as I had agreed with the artist and with what my artwork showed. They have made no effort to try and correct the issue. Neither time. Shame on me. I let them fool me twice.
