Should provide a downloadable template, for agencies with art departments to use. Shipping times and costs should not be revealed for the first time at checkout. Should be made very clear higher up the funnel so agencies factor it into costings to client and not be surprised by it at time of payment. A pop-up box to go with your many 'Free Shipping' banners would be a good spot for these.

Have ordered in past and love the product and service
I placed an order for a banner, which arrived in the wrong colour. Out of good faith we reordered and the banner, with promises it would arrive on the 4th of May - paying extra to ensure it would. Since then, I have been hung up on, spoken poorly to, and my order has been dragged out with now being told it will arrive on the 11th of May. They have stolen money from my business, as they have not provided on the service paid for. I could not be more disgusted with Banner Buzz. Despite the website saying they are an Australian business, they are an Indian business - so have lied about location.

Quality and value.
I ordered because I only needed bookmarks but it was for a conference so I ordered 500 for the conference and 25 of an additional different bookmark. They did take a while but arrived in time, however print quality wasn't great but not too bad for price (ordered best quality they offered). I received 350 of the 500 and 250 of the 25. That would have been great to receive the additional but I can't use the extra for anything. With the missing 150, they asked me to send a photo of them, which I did. Then they asked me to send a photo of the packaging, which I did. Now they want a video, which I sent. Now they have still not sent the bookmarks and my conference is tomorrow. Looks like 150 people miss out. As I said, If this isn't for a special occasion, it may be worth the risk, but if it's for an event or gift... may not be worth the risk.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use Bannerbuzz unless you have a long time to get your order corrected

Australian Site but half of the measurements are in Feet and inches not metric. Very happy with the signs that i received and the assistance provided.

Tried to order a trading card to see the quality. A proof was sent to me to approve. The problem is the website is so badly designed, I didn't notice the proof was even sent to me! After I discovered it, I decided to make some changes on the design. They sent back a proof with the version of the design that wasn't updated. I decided to talk with a representative on the website live chat and it was an awful experience. I tried another rep, same experience and the design was unchanged. Spoke with a third rep who appeared to be helpful, but after I thought the changes were finally made, a message was sent to my email address saying that my order was escalated. What?! I responded advising that I didn't need my order escalated and that I had already explained to the last representative what I needed changed. It didn't help, they have continued to escalate my issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they are absolutely TERRIBLE to deal with. Avoid at all costs.
