At the cart stage it said shipping free. At the checkout it said shipping $60. In the end it was free which I was grateful for. However when it came time to approve the artwork I found the online process very confusing and ended up emailing approval.

I wanted to reach out regarding my recent purchase/installation. Unfortunately, the quality did not hold up as expected. The letters that were attached to the wall fell off the very next day, and when they fell, several of them broke. This was really disappointing, especially considering the time and money spent on this project. It seems that the adhesive or method used to mount the letters wasn't strong enough to keep them securely in place, which resulted in damage and made the display unusable. Because of this, I believe a refund or partial reimbursement would be fair to cover the loss and inconvenience. Please let me know how we can resolve this matter. I'd really appreciate your help in finding a solution, whether that's a refund, replacement, or store credit.

I ordered a banner with my own design. The Banner Buzz people gave me the opportunity to review the product before it was printed. They also adjusted the quality of the image. I am very happy with the results.
I recieved the package 6 days late than the planned arrival day which causes losses at my business because I needed that banner to be showed in an event on Sunday and obviously I missed that because of the late delivery.
