The whole process worked well except the jpeg I supplied had black print and the sample sent for authorization was white print. I contacted by phone and it was corrected and reconfirmed. The quality is good, just disappointed in the colour.

Not really the service i was expecintg, very spanny, a million emails and tickets and online checks when it cones to "hiring a designer" i think its best you just have your own art work. The Hire a Designer is the most complex process ive ever dealt with. Better off with a cheap banner for Vitaprint.

Answer: Yes, they are. They try and beat other companies on price, but then send shoddy products and tell you they will fix it with a repeat purchase at a discount
