Everything has been produced to the best quality so far. Prices are good and delivery is not bad at all.
I was a klutz at designing such a simple sign. I wish I could've selected "center" instead of trying to line everything up. It became a tad frustrating. However, they were there to lend a hand, and when I described the problem, their tweaking made it perfect. I thought the options were varied and promising for future signs. Thanks for the help.

Customer service was exemplary and the final product superb
Great website, great items, great price. You lost one star because i tried to login several times and it wouldn't respond. Eventually i could log in when adding something to the cart. Also on the banner, there's a shiny square patch where the metal rings are. Otherwise happy.

The signage was great, better priced and exactly what the local sign company was going to deliver for x4 $$.
You don't get 5 stars because the very nice sign mount studs supplied don't actually fit the sign. We re-drilled the right diameter holes to make them fit. It now looks like a professional finish.

Great communications with call centre - 7 banners ordered - art work was checked and approved by them prior to confirming order (which is great) - items arrived in good shape folded then rolled into cardboard tubes. Quality great for our use inside a pavilion. The only issue we had to address was removing the deep creases prior to hanging them at the event. Purchased 2 irons to lightly press over a damp piece of material, then cool with the hairdryer. 5 hours later! They looked great to hang. Not sure if there is a way to roll these for shipment? We will be ordering more this year.
This company is not ethical or honest. They will sell you something with a fault and then when it comes time to fix it, offer a discount on a repeat purchase. They dont honour their customer satisfaction guarantees at all

Really bad redesign, almost as if someone is kidding you.
I have never seen a worse quality coming from someone who claims to do graphic design.
I am quite shocked how did orher people here have good experience.
After I haven't approved the terrible design, they have made me call them 10 times, each time promising refund and then after we hang up- I receive completely, but completely contradictory emails.
They keep sending me some alleged print proves to be approved but when I click on "review" the screen comes up "you are not authorised to see this page ( attached)

Easy & helpful website & incredible prices... the products came yesterday & the quality & colour is really impressive... I'll leave another review after using them for a couple of months to see how they go. Their customer service over the phone & online is amazing! The products are great, however, when shopping online, I discovered that my "free gift" increased the postage by $10 (twice the value of the gift itself). Ended up removing it for this reason as I did not need enough products to qualify for free shipping.

I'm not an experienced buyer of green screens so I was disappointed when the screen turned up with no tripod stand. I also find it impossible to refold and return to its carry bag. I've watched multiple 'how to' videos to no avail as they all make it look like a very easy thing to do. It isn't that easy for the large 3 fold type of screen. 2 folds is easy. Sigh...

It slides easily over the back of your chair and secures with an elastic pocket. The elastic pocket allows you to set up and remove the backdrop easily. The parcel was delivered to the wrong place. I even specifically said on the address information 'Private house in EAST Bundaberg. NOT Sunfam!' So the delivery driver took it to Sunfam, which is an electrical pump supplies business and clearly not a private house. Go figure. He decided to do exactly the opposite of what he was instructed to do. So, it's not the fault of BannerBuzz but still meant that I had to chase it down after a month and confront some people and make them hand it over. If I'm going to be ordering 100 of these things, then is that what I can expect?
I tried to get assistance from the online chat regarding sizing etc, but the operator was not helpful and not able to give advice regarding sizes etc so I ended up ordering the wrong size and am stuck with two screens that are the wrong size. What's the point of having an online chat if you can't get decent advice?

There was definitely a language barrier to start with when speaking to people on the phone the bot conversation was good on the surface but having to restart the whole story again was annoying each time.

I was ordering display stock to take to a conference in Manila. Had I known the goods were shipping from India, I would have had them sent directly. Instead I paid for them to arrive quickly in for delays in freight and customs which meant they arrived a full week later, well after I had gone. I am still away and have no idea what the look or the quality is. I am so disappointed. I expected it was a local company and that delivery would not be a problem.
