This is the only printing service I will ever need. All of my orders have been perfect,just as designed. And when assistance was needed they are prompt to help. Highly recommended.

I used the Reorder button to reorder a previous order to avoid having to not have to go through the lengthy proof process that I already did with my previous order. A "reorder" should be exactly that and supply the same thing you ordered previously, and not be misleading to provide smoothing only "similar." What I received did not match color, image size or material. I contacted them multiple times and was told my case would be reviewed and someone would get back to me by X date(s), but no one did by X date(s) until after I contested the charge with my credit card company. They claimed to my credit card company that they provided what I ordered and this is still in dispute. First image shows original product on the right side and what I received on the left side. Color is faded and image is not cropped on the reorder. U-Printing refused to do any thing to address this. Avoid them at all costs. Such a horrible customer experience and stealing money from customer. Save yourself money and headaches by using another merchant who delivers qualify and has a professional customer support department.
I ordered note pads, with my name and phone# and email with a little picture of a Dog on a motorcycle, that I use at work. It's great, unique and my customers remember me just by using this note. It makes them laugh and because of it, I have been getting more customers. More than I did with just using my company provided business card. The turn around and shipping was super quick. I plan on using Uprinting for other personal business and events in the future.

Product came earlier than expected. Print looked fairly decent. Magnets were not strong at all. When sitting stationery the magnets would slide down the vehicle, and they promptly fell off of vehicle during light driving speeds. They were only on the vehicle for three days before they fell off. Was unable to recover them when they fell off, and now I'm out my magnets and my money. Would not recommend getting magnet decals for your vehicle from UPrinting.

Don't buy the car magnets.

I ordered posters for our high school wrestling team and never anticipated. They would be as beautiful as they were. We gave them as gifts to the varsity team and the kids treasure them. Thank you so much for the incredible quality and craftsmanship that you provide to your clients. We will be back again next year.!
Ordered black and white prints, I received grey prints, unlike the image I approved or what was advertised on their website. Customer service tries to do what they can, I don't think they receive support from management. The issue was not resolved. Contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.
2-12-21 UPrinting has issued a credit for reordering, I will keep you posted on the new prints.
The new prints came in and are as they should be. I had to pay an additional $53 to get them right. It shouldn't take getting on social media to get an issue corrected. I am updating my review score from 1 star to 3 because my final product is nice.

I ordered Fold over Necklace/Bracelet. I received unglue Fol dover Necklace/Bracelet. The company wants me to glue or staple them myself. What's going on with these Companies lately? Is it really inflation that makes them acting this way. I lost my money.

The ordering process and shipping process went well. The quality was poor. Our banner ripped the first day.
Updating review: Amber from UPrint contacted me and offered a credit toward the order I wanted to begin with. She was courteous and responsive. I am relieved that what I wanted was a reasonable price. She was able to show me the selection that I apparently made but this selection is not viewable on my order. Be very careful when you place an order to be sure that it is what you think it is! I would recommend calling a representative to be sure that you get what you want vs ordering online without this additional guidance. I do appreciate the response that the company provided.

I ordered notecards from this company. The cards arrived and are beautiful but they are not folded. The representative insisted that I should have known based on the specs that the notecards were flat. There was nothing in the specs that indicated that the notecards were flat and not folded. My understanding of a notecard is that it is folded and a postcard is "flat". The specs did not say "flat" and they did not say "not folded." The representative continued to insist that I should have known based on the specs that the notecard was actually a postcard.
I spent way too long on the phone discussing this with the representative who eventually offered me a 20% discount and the advice to call them before placing my order next time. I will not be placing another order with this company and I have paid for something I do not want.

Very professional. It was quick. And the quality is very good. They deliver what they promise
I designed my own wedding save the dates and all 100 cards came with a prominent printer line that obviously wasn't in my design file. All prints are ruined and you can see other printer marks on them. They were cut harshly too and the edges of the cards are all frayed. I've been trying for about two weeks to contact UPrinting to get this resolved and I kept being told someone will reach out to me in 24 hours - no one ever did. I finally disputed the charge on my credit card and someone then called saying they need to "look into what happened" and then figure out how to resolve the issue. I just want a refund at this point. I've tried reaching out to return it but no one has responded.

I am happy with the order rec'd. I'd say you pay for the quality you get though. The top layer of the magnet is somewhat low quality because if you see the edges of the magnet on the right (from my posted picture), there is no damage, but the one on the left shows damage on the edges from my nails when trying to get a hold of the magnet.
Regardless, I do not regret the purchase and when in need of other magnets, I will recommend using this same printer.

Easy ordering. I'm unsure about other's reviews of high S&H costs. My product was 500 magnets 4"x3" size and 6 day shipping is $17.27.
With other options out there, I found all things considered reasonable.
When I get my order I will post another rating.
Extremely slow. Took 2 weeks just to get a quote and apparently takes 6 business days to print a small job that a local printer can do in 2 days. Also there is nothing that can be done to speed up the process, so if you need it as quickly as possible, you just have to wait a month to get it.

The first time I ordered from them the shipping was only $14 for over 1000 bookmarks, now they want to charge me $31 for 150 bookmarks. No thanks, UPrinting, I prefer not to get ripped off. That's how much the bookmarks themselves cost.
