I ordered a $70 window cling and the quality of the print is terrible. My logo is blurry and not professional-looking. When I contacted customer service to get this resolved, they informed me that I could pay more money to have them edit my logo, but that they would not refund me or provide me another one without charging me more. I would not recommend this business to anyone as there are so many other printing services available at a better cost with higher quality products.
I order the window decals and they didn't not stick. We apply water to see if that would help them stick and it didn't. Called to inform them of the issues, they said that I was applying it wrong or doing it wrong. I've order this product many times before from another company and never had this issue. Then they stated they would give a refund until they test the product. This customer service and product are trash. Go to vistaprint and order your still or a local printing company.
I ordered posters for our high school wrestling team and never anticipated. They would be as beautiful as they were. We gave them as gifts to the varsity team and the kids treasure them. Thank you so much for the incredible quality and craftsmanship that you provide to your clients. We will be back again next year.!
The title says it all. They take just the right amount of time to inspect, advise and correct, if that's needed, and then get to work printing and shipping. Most conversations and questions I've had with them were answered quickly—although one question not fully. However the question was trivial and in the end, the printing beautiful. Many people who received it complimented the mailing.
I bought pouches from Uprinting. The metal gold printing come out wrong, they delivered pouches that were not properly cut. A disaster, I complained, sent them all back and they sent me back again telling all was ok. Ended up dumping the material. Disaster company, never again.

I ordered product packing sleeves from them. The website shows a high quality Cardstock cardboard that you fold around the product. The product they delivered to me was similar to copy paper. Very poor quality. I could have printed these on my own office printer with better quality. I posted a review on their website and it never showed up. Their reviews are a scam also. Very disappointing.

Very shady operation. When you need customer service you have to navigate a gauntlet of auto attendant. Once you get a live person, they are useless to help. Find a local mom-pop printer and support them instead! Well worth a few extra bucks!

Very poor service provided. My black hang tags were printed on white card and the colors were flaking off. The letters on the thank you cards were misaligned. The worst was there is no accountability. These should not have been sent to me.
It has been about ten years, maybe more than I have been ordering three or four times a year. The quality is great, the process is quite easy, and the delivery time is within what is expected to be.
Now, I believe it has been only once in ten years that Uprinting have offered a discount or promo code to me. I cannot speak about their pricing because I have never quote with another printing company. That is because I do not want to take any chances.
Extremely slow. Took 2 weeks just to get a quote and apparently takes 6 business days to print a small job that a local printer can do in 2 days. Also there is nothing that can be done to speed up the process, so if you need it as quickly as possible, you just have to wait a month to get it.
Uprinting will print your job incorrectly, customer service will stall you and they will not fix the problem. Instead, they will drag the whole process out for weeks until you give up. Try PsPrint, they have all of the same online printing options, their customer service is friendly and helpful, and their work is superior.
(In the photos, you can see that they blue circles were supposed to be centered but they weren't printed that way.)

I recently purchased custom return address labels for my small business. I'm very pleased with the excellent quality of the labels I received. Our logo, as well as the text on the label are very crisp and distinct. My order was processed carefully, but quickly. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

Ordered customer invoices for our electrical contracting company. Quality of product was great and product was delivered promptly and price was reasonable. Only thing I was not happy with was my fault, I should have paid more attention to the font size on my husband's name, phone number and email info. I wish I had made it larger. But again that was my fault.
Terrible experience. I ordered both side black colors 2" x 3.5" Plastic Business Cards for my business.
Once I opened the box, I am in shock. Cards are scratched, printing signs, damaged plastic. There are printing marks on cards (not a small marks, disturbing marks btw)
So, I contacted customer service (provided them photos of cards), they said they will response within 2 days. Nothing, no response. I contacted again, they said 2 days again, no response.
Finally, they want me to ship back to cards to them. Meantime. Once I ask refund, they offer to print them again.
So at this point, I realized that they dont have "quality check" before ship cards and they have terrible customer service.
Why did they not check the cards before shipping? And waste my days?
Well, I, personally, had bad taste in my mouth with them. Not recommend Uprinting.
UPrinting's site is extremely user friendly. The submitted art is thoroughly checked and you are told what needs to be corrected, if necessary. The production and shipping that follow are amazingly speedy and the signs we got were perfect. A great company to deal with!
I will encourage anyone to stay clear of this company. I attempted to make a purchase and when I clicked for payment, the shipping charged doubled to $26+. That was a little over half the product total. The Customer Service Live chat representative was not helpful and exhibited horrible customer service skills. This bait and switch tactic is extremely unfortunate and disappointing. This would have been my first purchase with the company.
Very bad customer service ever! No care about customer! I didn't received my real order, i get wrong! When i call and ask about help they said cannot help bc of shipped already, so it is what we want to hear? Very bad! Definitely not recommend to anybody!

We ordered a $1000 item missing parts and they wouldn't make it right. Nearly insulting and supremely not helpful at all. Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY. I don't leave reviews like this ever but they left us feeling so insulted and helpless.
Wasting time and efforts dealing with this online company. They ship you wrong order, not what you ordered. Hassel to get your money back even when they admit their mistake. Customers save yourselves a headache.
