Honestly if I could give uprinting no stars I would. Let's begin with the first order, which I gave myself ample time knowing my deadlines so I would have time to adjust and fix any discrepancies if there's any. I've done many research and for all the great reviews so I've chose to work with uprinting. Now at first the live chat was super responsive. I wasn't sure what exact product I needed for my current project so I did what any other customer do and asked a printing specialist. I was very detailed in what I needed so they recommended me the packaging sleeve. (Which should've been the box sleeve instead.) Upon receiving the order few days later I was in disbelief of my order. The packaging sleeve was literally glossy printing paper with nothing to attached to the end. Let alone my design that I've submitted is not properly centered after I've countless time asked for them for help with the die lines as well to make sure. One of them also said they can't help me with that which I don't understand how are you a specialist for a printing company but doesn't know about how the product and dielines work. Now after reaching out to a order specialist. Courtney basically said we asked for this product so they are not liable even though regardless of the terrible quality the print job was still "correct" under their discretion and even though they recommended the wrong product anyways. They gave us a credit as a courtesy for the inconvenience which I am still thankful for. We then proceeded to order the box sleeves. Now after the first experience I was super careful with the measurements to make sure it will fit over my box. I tripled check and even ask if I should add extra cm in order to make sure it fits they said no the box size would just be fine. Upon receiving the order the second time. We were super excited as our release date is coming up. Thinking it the box sleeve would fit, it didn't. So I measure the sides of the sleeve and the measurements was incorrect. Missing by a few millimeters and that would've actually made the sleeve fit properly. So once again I reached out to customer service and they said there's nothing they can do due to that it was within shifting tolerance which was not express to me either during the time I placed the second order. If I would've known I would've added extra cm/mm. Now I am left to find another printing company a week before my deadline on the 27th. I asked to speak to a different specialist and they just never answered back either.
Would I ever recommend uprinting? Never. And I hope if you are reading this as a consumer you wouldn't either unless you just want them to take your money and make any excuses they can.
Do not trust them or depend on them making sure their product works.
Bought both the packaging sleeve and box sleeves and could not use either.
You might notice I have two reviews with this company. I wrote my other one three weeks ago, and UPrinting had at least 5 chances to redeem themselves, but no, they never have, they are a terrible business and will abuse the wait times and leave you with no boxes for your business that is DYING to sell. They don't give a $#*! about their customers at all. I'm just warning you, no matter how tempting their prices are, NEVER EVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Let me tell you what's good and bad about this company:
Pros:
- Boxes look ok, fit as the size you put
- You can customize them (not a pro really, every company can do this at same prices).
Cons:
- Boxes come printed in sticky ink
- They will literally take every day they can to make your boxes. I ordered my boxes on October 12, that's 34 days ago. THEY ARE STILL MAKING MY BOXES.
-Support is useless. They have limited power, and you can rarely get a hold of the actual people you need to talk to. When you FINALLY get a hold of them, they won't even go on the phone with you despite the support team scheduling a call back, they will simply write you an Email and leave no opportunity for questions.

Let me tell you how my last week was:
Tuesday, called UPrinting, confirmed they would be shipped thursday
Wednesday, called UPrinting again to confirm, they would be shipped thursday
Thursday, called UPrinting because no tracking info, said I would get it tonight or tomorrow morning
Friday, called UPrinting saying I had received no tracking info, said I should get it today
Monday MORNING 8:30 AM (supposed-to-be delivery date), called UPrinting, says they are confused and puts me on a callback with the "Printed Boxes Department" at 9 AM.
Monday AFTENROON 2:30 PM. No callback at all, called support again who again put me on a callback and I confirmed 3 times I would get a call back by 4:30.
Monday AFTERNOON 3:52 PM. I get an EMAIL (not call) from Sherlyn saying that my boxes AREN'T EVEN DONE BEING MADE YET, and they have 25 BUSINESS DAYS TO MAKE THE BOXES. Thanks UPrinting, Thanks. You have literally screwed my business over, you've screwed me over as well. I hope that one day someone or myself will have enough power and leverage to Denounce your company and shut it down. I hope no one ever buys from you again. You treat your customers like crap, you have no care for your support team, you don't care how long it takes to print the boxes, and you don't tell your customers about MORE THAN DOUBLING THE PRODUCTION TIME. I am beyond pissed, I am beyond frustrated. Once I get the power and the leverage, It will be on my top list of items to put you out of business, Guranteed.
