I designed my own wedding save the dates and all 100 cards came with a prominent printer line that obviously wasn't in my design file. All prints are ruined and you can see other printer marks on them. They were cut harshly too and the edges of the cards are all frayed. I've been trying for about two weeks to contact UPrinting to get this resolved and I kept being told someone will reach out to me in 24 hours - no one ever did. I finally disputed the charge on my credit card and someone then called saying they need to "look into what happened" and then figure out how to resolve the issue. I just want a refund at this point. I've tried reaching out to return it but no one has responded.
I ordered note pads, with my name and phone# and email with a little picture of a Dog on a motorcycle, that I use at work. It's great, unique and my customers remember me just by using this note. It makes them laugh and because of it, I have been getting more customers. More than I did with just using my company provided business card. The turn around and shipping was super quick. I plan on using Uprinting for other personal business and events in the future.
These people are terrible, don't use them. They messed up our shipping order and then made multiple ridiculous requests to reconcile the issue... which has still not been reconciled! Their customer service is bare none the worst in the industry. I would recommend continuing your Google search for a decent printer before giving them your money.
I ordered 2,000 labels for my small business. They changed the logo design without informing me or getting consent. What I received was useless. They at first responded to my complaint immediately, but have ignored me for over 6 weeks now on any follow through or resolution. They ignored multiple attempts across 3 different departments (i. E. customer service, quality assurance). They will waste your money and treat you like their products, garbage that is...
Online printing company totally no responsive... 45 days of trying to get an order placed... Prices kept changing and promises were never kept... THIS company should be avoided for terrible service...
Their rating should be a minus one, (-1). I've had better experiences dealing with a sleazy used car salesman. First: they charged my credit card before confirming they could fulfill the order. Second: they use an off-shore customer service company that really has no talent or authority to resolve a problem. Third: when you finally speak to someone in customer service, their approach is to blame you for the problem, e.g. it's your fault because you sent them a wrong color profile, or wrong file type, etc. Fourth, they won't let you cancel the order without a fight. My last resort is to contact my credit card company and post a dispute. At least I won't have to pay interest while the fight drags on. Yes, they have competitive pricing, but as a working artist, I can't sell the crap they deliver so what good is their pricing. If you don't care about the quality of your final product and their lack of true customer service then give them your business... Buyer Beware!

Ordered black and white prints, I received grey prints, unlike the image I approved or what was advertised on their website. Customer service tries to do what they can, I don't think they receive support from management. The issue was not resolved. Contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.
2-12-21 UPrinting has issued a credit for reordering, I will keep you posted on the new prints.
The new prints came in and are as they should be. I had to pay an additional $53 to get them right. It shouldn't take getting on social media to get an issue corrected. I am updating my review score from 1 star to 3 because my final product is nice.

After spending tens of thousands of dollars with UPrinting over the past 5+ years we have been in business, we continually received inadequate or no response to terrible customer service experiences. Fist with a window cling, they screwed up the order and refused to re-do it at their expense. The final straw was when they shortchanged us by 50 printed hang tags and when we contacted them to get the missing tags, they basically said "too bad" and told us to re-order. That decision cost them a loyal customer - we will NEVER use UPrinting again. Stay away!
My order of stickers was defectively printed off-center and Uprinting refused to reprint or refund the order. They even tried to charge me again to fix their blatant error. I was totally ripped off by these snakes. Take your business elsewhere.

After paying for expedited shipping and one day printing the company decides to send my order 4 days late. Refuses to give a refund and classes me a extreme amount of time on a live chat in which every couple of moments they say that I'm being inactive therefore they're logging out. Greatly inconvenience my business and my staff, I asked that they FedEx and verified that an order of this size for two day shipping would cost roughly $50, you've decided to charge four times that. And cause me and my company and extreme inconvenience by lying and being deceitful. Do NOT use this company! We ordered 2 rolls of custom labels. We were expecting to have 500 labels on each roll... NOPE! We received 1 roll of 500 and then 10 mini rolls with 50 labels on each. Called the company and their response was that "the production team can make decisions as they see fit". Another issue, we ordered the "matte" finish so we could write on the label... NOPE! They have a dull shine that prevents you from writing on it with pen. The company said to "just use a marker". They refused to fix the issues we had.
Like someone else said you create your order then you place your order and BAM $30.32 shipping charges. Go too Vistaprint they don't rob you with shipping charges. I feel this is how they must make the remainder of their money when selling stickers at a low rate. Cheaters. STAY AWAY

Be careful with their fine print about their return policy. The company makes it very difficult for customers to get a refund when the quality of the product is bad. I had some thank you cards ordered, but the print resolution was bad, despite passing their quality check. The customer service is a robot and is completely useless. I contacted their help desk and have not received any follow up regarding my situation. I will not be ordering from them again!

6000 stickers were butchered TWICE, after hours on the phone with customer service, designer's specs (with color codes on them), and approval process, and YET, between what got approved and what came in the mail was a drastic difference in color, saturation, and overall quality of print. I have to give that the sticky part of stickers was great. $438.28 down the drain. Very disappointing that never once the company has admitted wrongdoing or misses in their production.
I do love the templates and my product design was awesome. Then i began my order and the shipping charges were over half the cost of my total order! I asked if it was coming from China and the rep said California. Furniture ships for half of what this company charges. Then he tells me that each item is charged for shipping. I tried ordering 25 bookmarks for a total of 16.88 and my shipping came out to be 15.32. Seriously! I do not see how can this company can keep charging these prices. They apparently use only Fed Ex and that is the problem. We should have a choice. I am really saddened because I had the perfect product. Too good to be true

Sloppy printing and terrible customer service. They printed a gray line across the bottom of my order of 1000 brochures. After 4 emails regarding this situation, no response. Spent 40 minutes on the phone and they will only give 50% off the order. Very disappointed
These guys can't even do the basics of providing a simple pdf proof in what they promise on their site and their order acknowledgement -- "6-12 business hours". Then try calling them and getting someone on the phone who has a clue.

I purchased custom mailing labels on a sheet, printed by UPrinting with my logo and return address. The ink they printed the labels with rubs off when it goes through a printer, no matter what setting I turn my printer to. I called them and they said they are not responsible if I damage the product! How can you sell a pre-printed mailing label that cannot go through a printer? They offered me a $50 credit on a future purchase. Why would I give them more money for products that do not work and that they do not stand behind. Run. Run to any other printer for your needs is my advice.
This is reorder with changes and what a great company for your small or large business the quickness and quality is above most of this type of product I have ordered from them and it could not be easier. They have my logo and info from order before so was more than easy to make changes and order new ones, and very quickly product was in my hands. We have used Uprinting since 2013. The printing itself has been OK, but this time we had a nightmare with them regarding the shipping of our order. Their shipping fees have always been high, so in our latest order we checked the box to have Uprinting use our UPS account to ship our two small, fabric items. That was a mistake! They put each item in its own massive box (bad), but then under-reported the size and weight of those boxes to UPS (worse). As a result, WE were audited by UPS and penalized an extra $72.93 for the underreporting. This, on top of the actual $51.24 to ship the two boxes. So - $124.17 for UPS Ground shipping for two small items that weigh mere ounces. I called Uprinting customer service to complain, had a very surrealistic conversation with a "customer service agent" who had little grasp of English. Nevertheless, I provided the documentation they asked for, and never heard from them again. So... UPrinting - NEVER AGAIN!
