“Messed up my order, wasted my money and has ignored me for 6 weeks!”

I ordered 2,000 labels for my small business. They changed the logo design without informing me or getting consent. What I received was useless. They at first responded to my complaint immediately, but have ignored me for over 6 weeks now on any follow through or resolution. They ignored multiple attempts across 3 different departments (i.
