If you didn't receive the size mat that you ordered we would be happy to replace it for you however, It does look like the mat that you ordered was ordered was for a 13.5x19.5 frame where as the frame you ordered was a 13x19. I apologize if there was any confusion, unfortunately we do not offer refunds on mats as they are considered custom items that we are unable to resell.
