We ordered plastic cards and they are barley thicker than the average business card. They are cheap and we cant use them. However, I really like the design and the print itself is good. We will continue to print our plastic cards at Vista Print though.
Terrible customer service, terrible site, bait and switch pricing. I wanted simple 1 color window envelopes. They took the order and my money, but then said that price was only for non window. Then they wanted TRIPLE the price for window envelops.
We use them at work for a lot of our forms. Some are triplicate, duplicate and singles. They come out perfect every time with the best prices you can find.
I used this company for 3 years. Ordered magnets that began to warp. Since I did not claim within 30 days they told me im out of luck. I filed a claim btw on the 32nd day. I ordered 1000 pcs how am I to inspect all these within 30days? We were using them on fridges in our lodge and after a few weeks they began to curl. What is really upsetting is an agent actually told me they would be replacing them. I waited and when I asked the status this is what I was told.
Use Vista print. They stand by their products. We received chipped mugs and credited them without arguing like Printrunner. Printerunner just kept asking why I waited past 30 days like a broken record to the point where I finally was like you win! And ill take my business else where.
I had bookmarks made to honor the life of family members. Ive made this three times, and PrinRunner is easy to use, and they ship quickly. The process to create the bookmarks is easy to understand and carry off. The product quality is terrific. Others have asked who made them, when I give out the bookmarks, and I hope they use the idea and company. I talk it up a lot, so much I should get a commission, lol.
I wasn't sure what sticker to choose online. I called and spoke with a rep who guided me on what to use for my application. It was better and cheaper than what I was originally looking at.

The customer service was excellent; they fulfilled their promise of delivering my shipment on time and even assisted me in redesigning and editing my banner. I received it as expected.
So I ordered some meal prep sleeves for my business and got my shipment in... I didn't get sleeves, but rather 250 pieces of useless paper!. So I call to return the order, and they did everything but excepted a return/refund of product that was not what they advertised! TERRIBLE COMPANY TERRIBLE SERVICE, STAY FAR AWAY! This place needs to be shutdown! Horrible interaction with customer! If I could give them a "0" rating I would!

I ordered 3 sets of stickers from 3 different companies. Printrunner took the longest. They offered ZERO help when I needed it. I asked them to change a shipping address for me BEFORE my item was shipped and they denied me. They lied and said the product had been "shipped" even though the shipping label hadn't been created yet. They wanted to CHARGE ME AGAIN to re-ship my order, but I re-routed my package before they had the chance! Wtf?! Absolutely terrible. A total disgrace. I advise you to use Sticker Mule instead. They charge a little bit more, but they're much faster, their product is of a higher quality, and their customer service is excellent. -- PRINTRUNNER SUCKS!
When our order of 1000 stickers was received, we only had about 350. PrintRunner fixed the situation by sending 1000 new stickers. I guess FedEx had repackaged them into a different box.
Quality, price, and customer were service were all exceptional. Would definitely recommend Print Runner for business card purchasing and ordering. Great job I was completely satisfied.

STAW AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! They are cheap and do not deliver, and the first thing their customer service agent did after I called was blamed the customer rather than try to resolve the issue. They have not yet offered a full refund and I am needing to fight just to get $40 back for an order that was obviously not delivered. Do NOT use these guys. They are one of the worst printing experiences I've ever had.

It took only a few minutes for me to figure out the directions to make book marks. I uploaded my pictures & chose fonts, colors. Very pleased with the results.
Don't use Printrunner for your printing needs! I used Printrunner for most of my printing jobs over the past 10 years and didn't have problems with their printing or treatment of me as a customer.
However, on September 27.2021 I ordered and paid for 22,500 6" x 9" postcards from Printrunner. They sent me a preview of the art which I approved because it looked fine. I had Printrunner ship the postcards to my mailing house, which then mailed out 20,750 of the cards on October 5 to my customers. The next day I received the extra postcards from the mailing house and was shocked to find that Printrunner had not printed on both the front and back a discount offer to my customers. (It's not the mailing house's responsibility to check for errors.)
My correspondence with Printrunner detailing my complaint and request for a refund for both printing and mailing costs was unsatisfactory. I received an email from their representative stating he could offer a refund for the printing but not the mailing: NO APOLOGY, NO NOTHING.
Because I no longer trusted Printrunner, I had my mailing house reprint the postcards correctly and had them again mail them out to my customers. This additional mailing cost me an extra $7300,
Which Printrunner absolutely refused to repay or even negotiate with me.
Printrunner had no quality control to catch their printing errors—and never even offered me an apology
PrintRunner turned around a simple but time-sensitive job very quickly. Communication was great throughout the process and the final product was perfect.
