Had a small order and paid extra to have them within a week. Did not come for over a MONTH. No email explaining delay or expected delivery. I called 6 times for updates. Requested a manager to call. Nothing. They will only refund shipping cost. Customer Service is a complete joke and they do not care about your order, time, or business. 0/10. Go literally anywhere else and save your money.
You can custom cards from Overnight Prints. They provide quick service and customer support is also amazing. Online design tools and fast printing available at their site. High-quality products with reasonable price.
I ordered brochures, and the design outlet is definitely not user-friendly at all. It doesn't show the cut-off marks for the folds and things like that, making designing a correctly formatted product almost impossible. I ended up designing mine on Word and uploading it, but I received seven emails stating that my design did not fit their standards. The user isn't informed of this detail until AFTER they've submitted and paid for their order; meaning that you have to go back and continuously fix the issues, which can push back shipping dates. The finished product was beautiful and well-priced, but the design platform is just so inconvenient for the user.
Bought a bunch for my sports business. They're extremely reasonably priced, and they're good quality. There are probably fancier ones out there, but for entry level these did more than what I needed. Bought extra sets for later... I'm burning through them!

Backside of card printed slightly off-center, but were passable considering the time crunch; I may have requested a reprint had I more time. This may be because my order was rushed and overnighted, I doubt quality control would have let it pass if there was time for reprint.
This being said, the cards are great quality and otherwise look fantastic! I would use overnight prints again in a rush, as my cards were overnighted and arrived by my deadline.
Honeycomb is the one of the best photo editing service provider I had ever seen. They had made my image more beautiful then my requirement.And appreciate their work and their way of behaviour with the customers!
I needed my order by a certain date. I paid for that date of delivery. When the package didn't arrive I chatted the company. They said "Oh yes, we have had a ton of internal delays." The event I needed the cards for came and went. They said they would get back to me on a way to make-good but they never did. If you need something fast, do not go with them.
I needed biz cards right away for a new project so instead of VistaPrint I decided to try OvernightPrints. Cards came in on time but all in tiny print. Huge White Border around the entire edge. I was told by customer service that I submitted it that way. Sorry I am not stupid and you are a business in making business cards & that's why I hired you. I was told its my fault like & they told me they are not responsible. This is the same problems as other customers on here. Buyer Beware!
Been have a run around on why I don't have my cards. Expected them Friday and now they are another week out. I would've gone elsewhere if I had none it would be this much trouble getting them. Pretty pathetic if you ask me.

My order said it would take 10 days to reach me. Instead, it took well over a month; so long, in fact, that by the time it arrived the information on them was outdated. I contacted them through their support page several times, but was met with nothing more than an automated response that basically just redirected me back to the site. The cards are black, but they have white stripes across a lot them as if the printers for them were low on ink or something, and several of them had delamination on the matte finish. I figured at least the QR code on the back of them would be helpful to bring people to my website, but upon further inspection the QR code on the back printed incorrectly and is literally completely and utterly unusable. I am extremely upset that I wasted my money on these. This is complete bs.

The single worst service i ever had. Ordered the wrapping paper from them 11/13 was suppose to get it by 11/23 its 12/4 it still hasn't came, we even paid for rush shipping. The response from them has been cold and robotic. I will never do business with them again.
I literally had all of our business cards for a 32 people at 500 a person printed with this company. They were inconsistent with quality. There is a yellow tint to most of them, and the Spot UV is blurry and YELLOW! Do you even know how hard it is to get a refund through them? No, because most people give up trying. If you want quality and fairness... go somewhere else!
I wish I had not ordered business cards from Overnight Prints. Every card in the box has a white mark on it, which clearly should've been caught by quality control. Customer Service is useless. I've been talking to them for a week and getting nowhere.
I will never order from this company again.
The logo on the card has been blurred out to protect my client. YOu can see the white mark on the upper right. It's on every card (500 cards!).
I've been using this company for the first time, they forgot to print the artwork but not the content. I contacted customer service per email twice and no response. The "good" thing is, that I ordered only 100 cards to check them out.
Cards in the trash and €28 down the toilet! Thanks for nothing.
Poorly cut, looks like in a rush. They Won't refund or remake the order. Every business cards has a different cut. Go to VISTAPRINT, where if they make a mistake they will fix it, no questions asked.
The preview looks totally different from what I have received. And they hide behind policies for a poorly done job.

We warned you that doing this would cause the text to be cut off but instead you wished to print as is. Today is 5/19. I ordered on 5/8. Expected delivery of 5/14. Website still shows my cards as being in production. When I called to cancel and be refunded, they said I would only be refunded for shipping. I'm going to my bank for a refund.
I'm exceedingly pleased with my first interaction with Overnight Prints. Very helpful in the design review, very fast shipping and no problem at all. I would recommend them to anyone who needs printed materials. Thank you!
Ordered some prints for an event that came up unexpectedly and paid $50+ Expedited shipping to ensure it would arrive in time. It arrived 2 days after the event and 3 days after they had told us it would. There solution was to refund $7 in shipping cost'. Prints were useless at that point. Gave them another chance and the exact same occurrence happened. With more run around and false phone holds, supervisors are always in a meeting'. I do not advise you order from this company as we have wasted more than $500.00 by now on expensive fire kindling, this company is smoke and mirrors and certainly not overnight(over week).
Twice they have gone way past their own scheduled delivery by almost a week.
My Christmas card client was devasted to send their cards after the holiday. Another client missed an important show she needed material for. I will not use them again.

Ordered business cards overnight. Paid premium air freight. They delivered late and would not offer an evaluated refund. Then radio silence. They have 52 reviews on this site last 12 months - 48 are negative. Use this company only if you wish to accept late deliveries, broken commitments and shoddy customer service. They dont behave the way TEAM USA should behave...
Answer: They are a scam. They will take your money and they'll send you back the worst products you've ever seen. My business cards had long white space along the right side and along the bottoms. The bottom area was cut crooked. They blamed this on my professionally-created artwork (by a national company that has done tens of thousands of previous business card designs) and then refused to make it right or refund my money. Spend the $5-10 more it takes to get it done right, go ANYplace else but these guys.
