It's easy to get a hold of their customer service but they are useless if you need help.
Representative hung up on me, called 3 times and still hard to get a hold of them and won't even get a last name for a supervisor. I was just given "Aaron" Asked for a phone number and was told "can't give phone number out) what?
Impossible… the live chat doesn't function, phone number doesn't go through to anyone, and emails are responded to weeks later (apparently by someone overseas who has communication challenges and can't help).
I didn't find getting hold of customer service particularly difficult. However, the person at the other end could rarely give 100% satisfactory answers to what seemed to me to be answerable.
Impossible. They take days to respond and when they do, its just an auto reply that doesnt help
While there are plenty of options for getting a hold of Customer Service, every time I've called, it's seemed like they can't do anything without beginning an escalation. The end result was poor service and having to follow up multiple times.
Impossible to get a hold of anyone for multiple days. They will keep telling you to wait for someone to review your response and wont reply back with a solution.
Hard?!?! It like trying to get a wall to call you back. At least the wall would be mildly friendly.
