They are a scam. They will take your money and they'll send you back the worst products you've ever seen. My business cards had long white space along the right side and along the bottoms. The bottom area was cut crooked. They blamed this on my professionally-created artwork (by a national company that has done tens of thousands of previous business card designs) and then refused to make it right or refund my money. Spend the $5-10 more it takes to get it done right, go ANYplace else but these guys.

Not legit. Scammers. They take your money and don't deliver on time. Also product is not as described at all.

Their product and customer service is terrible. Don't waste your money and time. So disappointing! Buyer beware.

SCAM! They do not respond via customer service, they screw up your order and wont refund you. Do NOT use.

Robbing people's money by hiding behind policies when the job is poorly done. Printed and cut.

A scam. You will get no refund. They claim you can cancel before the order is being processed, but they have no outlet to easily cancel. You will have to try live support or call them, and when they hear you want to cancel they hang up on you.

They seem legit, if poorly managed. I always could get a hold of someone given a bit of time, but I never got any satisfactory resolution.

This company seems like a scam to me. Poorly run, zero responsibility, no guarantee I will receive what I paid for.

It used to be a legit company; but it's operating more like a scam now. Their advertising of a 24/7 live chat and a customer service number are definitely a scam. Those never work, and emails are replied to 2-3 weeks later. I still haven't received my order, and someone else must be upset that I am in possession of their wedding save-the-dates instead. :(

Scam. Worst company. Terrible product. Will steal your money and deliver a trash product.

SCAM! Terrible customer service. I did not get my printings on time although paid extra money to receive them earlier. 3 days passed and still did not get them... I am not sure if I will get them one day. Customer services email did not answer me. Live chat said only "sorry". No refund or anything. Terrible customer service! Terrible! On their website there is a text:

"IF YOU NEED IT TOMORROW, WE WILL GET IT TO YOU TOMORROW

SO FUNNY! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Can't say it's a scam—they are in the print business. They have some shady tactics, though—poor ethics, and bad customer service. Bottom line, they don't deliver as promised. You can do better almost anywhere else.
