Don't waste your time or money. I ordered 500 simple cards designed with their tool, on Jan. 5th 2022. With 3-5 day shipping. It's still showing that the cards are in production. I've called them twice already and each time I got the same person and would put on hold to "go check production" just to come back 5 min later to say the same BS that they had a system error and it's put things behind. Never using this company again. I'm going to post a horrible review anywhere I can do other people don't have a terrible experience like so many of us have.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use them. Save yourself the headache. This company has issues. I believe in fixing mistakes and owning them. I too own and run a business. They have no idea how to make it right for the customer.
