NEVER buy anything from NZSale. I am lost for words about the appalling product I received and the abysmal follow up to my complaint. I paid for a pair of new shoes and received a disgusting pair of used shoes. The black pattern on the insole was partially worn off and there was blood/exudate over the bunion area inside both shoes. Thankfully I have received the refund but I am still waiting for a response to my complaint. How is it possible to receive 2nd hand goods being sold as new shoes? I will NEVER purchase anything from NZSale again.
Purchased an item that was still being shipped to your warehouse and was not dispatched when delivery date stated, it was one month from the date that I received the item but up till then nothing was done to ensure I knew the where abouts of my purchase it just turned up a month late

I love shopping on nzsale been a costumer for a long time on and off. The only negative thing is the delivery won't turning up on the predicted days. Great costumer service as well. Overall I will definitely recommend it and have been recommending it to my friends and family.

Ordered perfume online and followed the instructions as to how long my order would take. Wow was I impressed. Online tracking was so accurate. Knowing that my order had arrived in NZ and had cleared customs was great But alas the courier wasn't up to scratch. Arrived with the courier on a Tuesday, I phoned on the Thursday and was told it would be there that day. No sign of my order by Friday lunchtime so I phoned again and it arrived that afternoon. Apparently the courier was new, which was ok but why was it sitting with the courier company from Tuesday till Friday?
This place is the worst on line shopping I've ever dealt with waiting for items to arrive for wks upon wks upon wks also false advertising claiming stock available but is not available. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering anything from them and when reading other reviews theirs no positive reviews so that's saying alot.

Please be informed that we do not hold stock in our warehouse however once the sale ended, the PO will be submitted to the supplier to arrange the stock as per PO and once stock arrives they will dispatch it directly to the customers. ETA advertised is based on the whats been provided by the supplier and I do apologies that we could meet the ETA advertised. False descriptions, they take your money, then tell you they can not get goods, about a month later.( even when it says they have goods in stock)
So they are getting interest on your money, which you dont get when they refund which can take up to 5 days to get.
Other shops only take your money when they send your goods.
The Commerse Commission should look into them

I thought of stopping buying products from NZSale long time ago, but what I mistake I made? I recently saw good reviews for this website so I thought that it is improved, I will give it another chance.
But... I just bought a Pandora charm and another necklace, all is fake. Even worse, they feel so cheap. I don't think they are even silver.

NZ SALE NZ I had a problem with scarves that were meant to be cashmere and 2 arrived without any markings but the third came with clearly "made in china polyester". When I complained I had to jump through many hoops and then they did not keep their word and only refunded one scarf. They were expensive too! I only look for quality items and the only advantage is that there is no GST. Rest of the site is left over stuff from Europe. Very poor service. I think the site has been taken over as it is even worse than it was. In the beginning they didn't tell me that they did not give refunds only vouchers. And they ran out. Hello MY MONEY AND THEY KEPT IT.

-delivery takes a while, if that's really the business model and it's hard to change that, would at least appreciate email notifications of the change in status of a parcel on its way.

Over 3 weeks and yet to receive item although it is expected to arrive today or tomorrow. Would be happier if I was informed of wait and didnt have to contact to enquire, and then a 2nd contact to follow up on where the item was. Happy with the speed of response from the contact us form on site. Would have given more stars if shipping times were provided or I was informed about unforseen delays.

I have been waiting for an order that was meant to arrive 3 weeks ago (it said it would be delivered by 25/9/2017). When I first enquired with them, they said that due to fuel pipe leaks, flights had been cancelled, which I was fine with. Then when I tracked my order a few days later, it said it was with the courier driver ready to be delivered but after a whole week of waiting, I called the courier company and they said that they didnt have it and that it was still in customs. When I contacted NZSALE to tell them what the courier company said, they told me they had would get a someone to investigate my case and that it would take up to 3 business days. It has now been another whole week and I have messaged them twice with no reply or even an apology. Im really annoyed as I have ordered other things that said they would be here before tomorow but still dont have a tracking number.

I am always happy with the products and service I receive. There was one order that I had a query and they responded within less than 3 hours after I messaged them on the app. Happy with the fast service and never received an item where I wasn't happy about.
I'm a regular customer and I can say... don't waste your time and money buying in Nzsale. Most of the times they are fake sales and not real. They bring up the prices to later say they are applying a big discount. If you see a good item with a big discount and if you buy it, they make you wait between 3 or 4 weeks and then they cancel your order and refund for this item. But they don't refund the shipping cost. It happened to me more than 6 times in the last 6 months. After dealing with the automated customer service that doesn't read you messages I dealt with * (Customer Service Manager) to try to get the items I purchased. After 1 hour talking over the phone with her I finally got the products. And now, I have the same problem again... very tired to deal with them again. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH NZSALE.

I done afew small purchases, went well till I done big purchases and now they have a large sum of my money with no reply nor no items sent to me. I have sent over 20 messages with no replys I hate this site they are happy to send automated messages but not refund my funds hate them for the stress an the lack of customer care

I have had issues with delays in returns - up to 2 weeks to process - this was even when I handed to return to staff instore. So when desired sales came up, I could not use my credit voucher. All my returns have been credited via a voucher - the issue was the long delay(well over 5 days).
The online staff don't personalise responses, they simply reply using stock standard replies, which is obvious and frustrating & occasionally they don't reply.
The selection of stock is good & generally returns are accepted with no problem.
The staff in-store are very helpful and knowledgeable - I go to Whangaparaoa and the staff are so helpful. It's just your online customer service letting you down.
The search facility online is great.

I have purchased clothes, cosmetics, fragrances and homeware from NZ sale. Most of the products were as listed and of high quality. One jacket was not as described and not of the quality I have come to expect from NZ sale brands. Shipping takes a long time but products usually arrive within the timeframe outlined at time of purchase.
It was so much fun being able to search the website and have a huuuuuge range of items to chose from. The prices are discounted meaning items are a lot more affordable, making it the perfect site to buy from for Christmas.
Bought a new iPhone 6+ In JUNE, phone arrived 7weeks later, faulty and missing some of the stated accessories. Contacted same day, took 2 weeks to get a returns number, they agreed to refund, so I posted it. I had to email to get an update 10days later as the money hadn't been returned, they replied saying it had been sent for repairs that day. I had already declined this as they said they use refurbished parts to repair and it was a brand new phone. I emailed to say as such and have sent 4 emails over the last 3 weeks to find out what is happening and have not had a single response. It is now SEPTEMBER! $600 and no product. It's outright theft!
