I have had issues with delays in returns - up to 2 weeks to process - this was even when I handed to return to staff instore. So when desired sales came up, I could not use my credit voucher. All my returns have been credited via a voucher - the issue was the long delay(well over 5 days).
The online staff don't personalise responses, they simply reply using stock standard replies, which is obvious and frustrating & occasionally they don't reply.
The selection of stock is good & generally returns are accepted with no problem.
The staff in-store are very helpful and knowledgeable - I go to Whangaparaoa and the staff are so helpful. It's just your online customer service letting you down.
The search facility online is great.
