Bad customer service! I ordered 24pcs tshirt on last january 24,2020 that cost me 355$. I received a parcel for 4 tshirt on february 21,2020. I message them regarding the missing item they told me they are doing their investigation at the courier! Waited for weeks and nothing happened! I rang PBT courier and ask them about the missing parcel and if anyone lodge a complain with it and PBT courier said no one lodge a complain! And they said the parcel was long along the way. And they told me to message NZ Sale so they can claim a lost and refund me. I message MZ Sale and got no reply until now march 3,2020. I also told them I have a flight home by march 9... Where is my order? You are ripping off people with their hard earned money!
When i click onto nzsale and the specials just keep flooding in it is a treat not to forget. When I go to the mailbox and get my purchases it is a real pleasure and it is also exciting I would like to thank nzsale very miuch
False descriptions, lies, overpriced junk that is available on Aliexpress for a fraction of their 'discounted' prices. Avoid doing business with them. They told me it was a Swiss sports function watch with box and instructions... was a chinese watch (skmei), no box, no instructions and no battery and the face scratched. Claimed original price was $458 but discounted to $55 yet this watch is available on Aliexpress for $9! I gave one star because I can't give zero stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY... IT'S A CON!
Stop press; I contacted the NZ Commerce Commission who found in my favour and were aware of these fraudsters.

After waiting a long time for my expensive jacket that looked like a cheap version of the one in the picture I was very p*ssed off, they say it is wool but the fabric is cheap polyester crap that you could pick up at The Warehouse or Kmart. I wont be shopping with NZ Sale again.

Ordered quite a lot in the one order, but unfortunately one of the items wasn't sent and I received a much smaller sized different styled pants.
The rest of the order was fine and received quite quick.

Transactions go through but takes a very long time for purchases to arrive, one never arrived and had no notification that it would not ever arrive as coming from countries that can not send products to N Z but credit to NZ sale they credited my account with no communication so had to work out for myself what the credit was for!

Hi there, I have already returned incorrect item. I have attached the picture of the item in the contact message and ask to confirm about the wrong item I have received.
I have returned the item only after getting confirmation from Tariq that I can return it as I was as packing error.
I have email Joanna Anushia as well and attached the picture of the item but no response.
It's been 7 days today since the item has been received by Olga and I am still waiting for my refund.
I am a happy customer of NZsale since 2014.

These people are rip off, sometimes selling products over 10 times the price of actual market rate. Their shipping was free if you spend $50 now they have increased it to $100 NZ sale couldn't get worst than this.

I placed an order early November, est delivery was late November. Nothing came have emailed, Facebook messages and just get generic answers if any. They make out it has been dispatched but since when does it take 2 months to come from the states. Want a refund so I can buy else where as was for christmas but no answer now I will have a very disappointed child at christmas. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I order a lot through NZ sale as the sales and prices are hard to say no to! I can always get a bargain with NZ sale and it is always promptly dealt with. I can keep track of my orders through the tracking. Always recieve my orders within the time frame that is set. NZ sale always promtly refunds $ for any orders that are unable to be fulfilled and also if I have ever wished to return something it is always done quickly with no issue. I love NZ sale
I've waited for my order for a month and then they cancelled my order due to a well known error they have on which they miscalculate the number of items ordered from customers and order less from the supplier then all i get after a month of holding my money oops it's the supplier's fault he sent us less items than ordered and here's your money back! Really you took my money got your self a nice bardgain/profit and returned my money back! Talk about zero customer satisfaction and service!

Bought something on 24th of March which was estimated to be delivered by 16th of March. No one ever contacted me even when the product didn't even get dispatched up to 16th of April. I can see on 8th May the product has arrived and after waiting for long I was expecting to finally receive my product. Then to add y surprise the company refunded my money on 19th of May. I can see that the product is still available to buy on the website. I think the company is accumulating money from the users and then after collecting some interest for 2 months, just returning them their money.
Looks like the company is deceiving people by providing wrong estimated dates.
Also have a look at the image attached. This is Ferrari Credit Card Holder which was delivered on 30th of April and after using it for 3 days, the photo explains the condition of it.

I bought 100 crayons deal on 26/09/2019. Expecting to receive up to 15/10/2019. On the 9/10 my order got canceled and I wasn't told. I contacted them and they blamed the supplier. TODAY is 19/10 and they has EXACTLY the same deal going on! Why couldn't they asked I I wouldn't mind waiting for 4 FOUR more days? Or even 10 more days?

I have ordered multiple shipments through NZ Sale and this had made my Christmas Shopping a Breeze. With everything tracked perfectly (best tracking system I have seen) and Delivery with the time frame given.

We don't have to plane hop anymore to be able to enjoy designer clothes shoes and bags dropped off well packed to our door thanks to NZS. I love being able to treat myself without the drudgery of trawling through shops and you are so affordable... I LOVE NZS x
The items are always good quality and a great price, but it takes them forever to get here and if you order multiple things they can arrive weeks apart.
Always shipped within quoted time frame, easy to use site, good email correspondence. Quality of goods can vary, pay careful attention to item descriptions.
Shopping on nzsale was easy but delivery of items was very slow, possibly because it was mid November. Happy with products once they arrived. I get several emails a day which is far too much
