Ordered a 12 pack of assorted camisole tops. After 3 weeks, the order arrived with 6 red, 4 black and 1 blue. Really? They said I had to email picture of items and they would give me a refund to my credit card, as I don't want a store credit. It appears from others comments that it is going to be a hassle getting a credit. Not using this website again. Also purchased "Egyptian" sheets and the quality is not anywhere near what they advertised.

I was about to make several purchases from this site. I was having trouble finding mens workboots so I Googled it, this is when I saw a review and came here to see all of these posts. I would like to thank all of you who have taken time to let us know your experience with nomorerack. I will definatly not be shopping here!
The customer service person I got off the phone with could care less. This is about Order:# *******. That was placed on 4/15 and supposedly shipped on 4/16. I received part of the order, but really need the king sheets as I have a new king bed being delivered tomorrow. The gentleman I spoke with this morning assured me he would contact the vendor and have the items overnighted to me so I would have them tomorrow. He also said I would receive an email with a new tracking number. By the way, I emailed yous Tuesday morning and have yet to hear anything back. So I thought I would call this evening before you closed and was told that I would have to wait 24-48 hours for a response from the vendor. Clearly contradictory to what I was told. I then stated that I would like to simply cancel the order if I am not going to have it tomorrow, I need to go get sheets tonight. He referred to your policy's that it has to be cancelled by 9am the next day. (She really has these down pat) I asked to speak with a supervisor, she said there was not one available and that someone would call me in the morning. I simply don't believe that as I have clearly been lied to and no one can seems to help or even care. So that is what is going on. The lady, Irene, I believe, was so flipid about the whole thing.
Ordered tank shirts from them. I never received the product. Got the run-around from them! Was e-mail fraudulent tracking #'s. When I posted negative comments about them on their facebook page they blocked me. They also blocked me from sending them private fb messages. This is a scam! I reported them to the BBB and other consumer protection agencies. DO NOT ORDER from this site! There is also a Facebook page set up for complaints against this company. I would encourage anyone with a complaint against them to like that page and leave you complaints there. The page is Consumer Complaints against Nomorerack on facebook!

Was very satisfied with the quality of the product & the price I paid. BUT, first item took nearly six weeks to arrive. I had forgotten I ordered it. Second purchase took about 2-3 weeks.

I am so upset with these people. I ordered a All in One computer.
I was so excited to see that it came within a few days, but they took the happiness away immeditaly. I Didnt realized that it was Refurbish computer. Which they mention that once it, in the part of the details that states what come with the computer. If you selling someone something that is refurbish
Dont try and hide it. I went to set up the computer to realized that
It is only the monitor in the box. They literaly forgot to put the keyboard, the mouse,
The powercord and wires in the box not even a piece of paper was in the box.

Stay away from nomorerack. The item I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive. When called to obtain a return authorization, I was asked for my reason and i said I don't like them because they don't fit me right. No problem. I returned the item and after 2 week of no notice of return, I send an email. They asked me for a receipt of my return, I send it. I received a 2nd email letting me know the vendor has accepted my return and nomorerack has issued me a store credit. I sent a 3rd email back with great disappointment that I will not accept a store credit when I paid by credit card, therefore expecting a credit on my card. They replied that because of my reason for return, I had to get a store credit. I send 4th email expressing my disappointment again. They replied that they would credit my credit card. Just when I thought finally... I get another email stating that since the expiration date on the credit card i used to purchase expired, they could not credit my account and I need to open a Paypal account to receive my credit. I sent a 5th email explaining that credit card companies issue new cards when old ones expire, but it's the same credit card number with a new expiration date. Again they asked me to open a PayPal account. I sent a 6th email suggesting that they fix this now because I am at the end of rope and that this many days back and forth is unacceptable. This is all from I purchase I made in March and now it April 22 and I have not received my credit.
STAY AWAY. No item on their site is worth the aggravation.

I will never buy anything from this site again. I ordered 2 different protector cases for my iPhone. I received one within 4 days and I am still waiting for the other one. It has been 2 weeks!
What's worse, what I did receive looks nothing like the photos represented on the site.

Hey people. Stop fighting with no more rack to get your money back. Credit cards usually guarantee purchases. All you have to do it report the charge to your credit card company, along with any correspondence you might have. If enough people complain, the credit card companies will cancel their accounts. If they really are ripping people off like all the complaints here, let them deal with the credit card company lawyers. It’s really pretty easy to get your money back, even if they refuse to give it to you.

In all my online shopping experience, I have never been so disappointed or irritated! First, my order took over 3 weeks with minimal communication from the company. They only informed me of a "minor shipping delay" after I sent an email inquiring. Drlivery took over three weeks & the product I received was not as promised. I ordered 12 tank tops that were supposed to cone in a specific array of colors. Ibsyead, all but 4 were black or white. No big deal there... but a "long fit large" turned out to be more like a small (or a childrens large!) & the quality is terrible! The tags ate frayed & dont even HAVE size or instructions on them! Total garbage. I wish Id fone my homework before doing business with nomorerack. They have so many complaints on file (including with the BBB). Im angry with myself for letting my fall into this scam. Never again! I will try to get my money back on principle... but ill be lucky if I see it in 3 weeks!...(or ever!) PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Anyone tempted to order because of their attractive deals should really stay away. I wished I had read the reviews before ordering from this web site. The set of 12 tank tops seems to be an issue. I sent 3 emails and always get a "non response" from their supposed customer service promising they put my order on top of the pile but yet 2 weeks later with no updates on when they shipped. There are very strict regulation for mail order ship time and back order in the Industry and they are definitely not abiding. Please tell all your friends to stay away.

Wow... I am really surprised by all the negative feed back, I have ordered at least 15 things from this company, I have gotten them all in perfect condition, I've had no problems with any of the stuff I received. I will keep buying.
I honestly had great service. I was nervous, because I read other reviews. However, I received my items quickly and efficiently.
So mad st this site I made a BIG mistake ordering from them. I order the 12 CAMI set and it took 3-4 weeks to get to me after 3 nasty emails i sent them. After i my order arrived i opend the package and say there was only 11 not 12 and only 3 werre wrapped in plastic and i had ni invoice with them. Then heres the kicker i got and email a day later saying my order way shipped with a tracking number ect. I was like what is this better not see any charges on my acctount or ill report someone stole my card and that i did not place that order

I ordered the purple leopard print luggage by Heys. I rec'd the luggage Saturday 4/13/13. I opened it to discover that the purple leopard had shades of aqua blue in it. Looks like they were trying to adjust the color. I rec'd a response from C/S Angelique informing that I will receive a store credit and I have to return the merchandise at my own expense. Informed her that this is unacceptable. She responded by saying as she mentioned previously. I responded Unacceptable. If this is the way that Nomorerack treats there customers I will longer spend my money with them.

I ordered the cami's and never recieved them after 3 weeks they tell me if i dont get them in 5 more days call them back. I called back after 6 more days and now they're telling me they're having shipping problems. So I want my money refunded back and guess what? 5 to 7 days before i get that. But mind you they took the money out of my account 2 minutes after I placed the order. Let's see if i get my money. I have never delt with a company like this and I never will again! Just thought I would share my opinion. When I first found your sight, I was all excited and told many. Now I need to retract that opinion. After placing a couple orders with your company, this first order one item shipped incorrect, I was only offered credit, no refund. It was not my fault! Now I have to use a credit. So I finally buy something, and the quality is not there. I email to return on April 5th, no response. I email next week and Ray says, sorry too late to return. Since when do wrong items sent and not good enough quality reflect no refund. Now I am stuck with wrong and inferior product, not refunds and don't want your credit. Good luck with future business. Answer: I think everyone in this position should start filing reports with the authorities! No reputable business treats customers like this. Get the word out on this scam company. It's the ones who give up and walk away that keeps choxi/nomorerack alive
Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
