What does NMR mean when they say you will receive multiple shipments to complete your order? Does it mean you have to pay more money?

They sent me the wrong item 2 times.

Their customer service stinks - took 20+ emails to get the right one and get the wrong items credited!

There is NO return policy. One item I bought from them was not at all what was pictured and di not fit. I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do NOT buy ANYTHING from this horrible website! They are 1st-class rip-off artists--you WILL lose money doing business with these critters that own it.

The question one has to ask him/herself after reading all of these negative reviews? What do all of these complainers have against this company? Hmm! I wonder! Is is possible that there is even the tiniest possibility that they are telling the truth about their own experience with NMR/Choxi? I would look at the number of negative and positive reviews and weigh the odds. If they appear in your favor, order away! Plus, who knows, you might just be the type who likes to stand on the top of a building and throw handfuls of money to the wind, and if so, of course, you should proceed with ordering so you can feel that same rush you get from being on top of that aforementioned building. Their quality is good for the price you pay. Sometimes you get a really great deal. Returns can be complicated though.

NMR means No More Returns, which will be my motto because I will NEVER shop here again and emailed them and asked them to take me off their mailing list (which I must say they did quickly and with no questions asked.)

It depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. Where the buck stops. To my knowledge no extra shipping charges were ever applied.

Hi, i have orderd from NMR several times especially at Christmas, yes some of the the items came at differant times but i did receive them. I have ordered about 5 of there I pads and they were awesome Grand kids love them. I have ordered more bedding than anything and let me tell you their soft comforters are soooo nice, and so is their sheets. I did have a mix up on some dolls i ordered but grand girls loved the ones i received. I am happy with choxi aka NMR its a blessing for me since i am disabled and cant get out and shop alot, so... sorry for other peoples misfortune but i am very happy, and i have bought all my Christmas gifts and got them on time but you need to order no later than middle of November to maker sure you have them on time.

Hello, I have had such a bad experience with the company, but here's what you should do. If they made the error, tell them that you want a full refund and return shipping paid for. If they say no, ask to speak to a supervisor. Tell them it was not your fault and if they don't comply, you will reverse the charges from your credit card or however you paid. Tell them you will be happy to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Be strong and don't take no for an answer. They will eventually agree to send you an emailed return label that you can print out and when they get the item back, make sure your bank account is credited properly. They are very good at giving partial refunds. If this happens call them again and ask to speak to a supervisor. If you hang in there and keep bugging them, they will eventually refund your money.
