What is the return policy?

If you have the time to spend several hours a day repeating the same thing to several different people, without driving your blood pressure up, or flooding your body with harmful stress hormones, then for the sheer fun and challenge, you should order from them. If however, you want your item in a timely manner, want the correct item, just as you ordered, then you may want to simply order from a reputable company. Continue to read the reviews for yourself and do the math on the ratio of positive reviews vs. the negative ones. I don't know you, but if I didn't like you, I would urge you to order from them for the nightmare you could find yourself entangled with. They will reel you in with your first purchase going smoothly, but then, look out sucker! I hope this helps. I am still waiting for a promised refund. I will update if and when it arrives. In the meanwhile, I have determined to never use them again.

Avoid buying from them you should read the reviews before you do anything
Any way you might get a refund the first time but be very careful next time
My advice to you is to see other services since i had multiple bad experiences with them

Never was able to return the merchandise that I bought that never worked. Couldnt even get a return email

I have only tried to return one thing from Nomorerack. After many confusing emails I just gave up and gave it away to some one else. Most of the things I have ordered there have been good though. I still buy things there.

Return and Exchange Procedures

You may return an item for a store credit or a refund within 30 days of delivery, just ship back the item.

Please note, if you return an item the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.

In the rare instance that your order arrived damaged, defective or was incorrectly shipped, please view our policy for those instances under the FAQ: Damaged Products/Defective items/Wrong Items Sent

A) Return Eligibility:

- All returned products must be unused (e.g. Items cannot be worn, washed, damaged or altered), must be in new condition and in their original packaging, product must be unassembled and unmodified. We cannot accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging. All returns must be sent back with the packing slip included in your original order.

- Products marked as Final Sale - cannot be returned.

- Some items may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. This information will be clearly marked on the product page description under ' return policy '.

B) Returns Process:

- You must contact our customer care team at customercare@choxi.com to report the return and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), or you may visit our Customer Care page for more contact options.

- Any products that are sent back that do not follow our return guidelines will not be processed and no credit will be issued.

- Once we've received your returned product, a credit to your account or a refund to your credit card will be processed for the purchase price of the item.

- We aim to process all returns within one (1) week of receiving the item. Should you have any questions about the status of your return or how to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team via email at customercare@choxi.com

Please note that final decisions on returns are subject to Choxi's discretion; returns sent back without RMAs will not be processed.

You are lucky if you get the merchandise you pay for much less trying to return it.

Just keep at it, and eventually you will get your money back - maybe! They send multiple response emails, all saying something different. I will not buy from them again. Not worth the effort, when there are sites whose customer service is actually responsive and responsible.
