They gave me free shipping automatically, without my picking which discount I want. I picked my 10 dollars off and, a 15 percent off. They said I could not use these together yet decided to let me. I paid and have a receipt. Today I get a new receipt 10 dollars more! Really? Anyone can just take funds from your bank accounts with out permission at whatever price they chose? This is Balderdash!
I have been shopping with nomorerack/choxi for 2 years or more. When nomorerack changed it name to choxi, the problem started. I wouldn't getting the items I orders I, but I did get a full refund from them. Now their website is down. They had some real nice stuff. I hope they get their act together.
I love this site! I've been dealing with this company for 2 yrs now and I never had any problems. I ordered some Uggs boots from here in December 2013 but they had sold out but my money was refunded in 2 days. I ordered from jewelry to household products and I always received my things before my estimated shipping date and never had a problem with my things! I give this site 2 thumbs up!
Use to love it. But since the change it seems the name is not the only one. I'm not entirely happy with the service I've been getting lately. I've not given up quite yet, I'll give it another chance. I hate to lose this resource
I have ordered at least 6 or 7 times, and I have loved every single item I received. My very first order I received an email thanking me for trying them and I was so impressed. No one ever does that! Only 1 time did an item take a couple of days longer, but when I called they were very helpful and told me why there was a short delay! I will continue to shop through them and can't wait to order for Christmas!
Purchased a pair of boots and after opening the big envelope they were in, To my horror, found the box to be beaten all to hell, crushed and looking like they had been stored in a warehouse for years. Worst packaging I have ever seen.
Ordered boots the day after Thanksgiving. Here it is 4 weeks later (claim they will ship in 2-3 weeks) and my order still is "processing". Have read several reviews stating the same thing. Stay away from this site if you hope to get your items on time.
DO NOT order from this site, you will regret it. Must be some 12 yr old trying to operate a business out of his bedroom. You get billed immediately upon ordering, but don't expect delivery for at least 30 days. Same goes for returns/refunds. Been waiting nearly 4 weeks now. Credit card company is handling it now.
Merchandise is inferior quality. Customer service a joke. One excuse after another. Stick with reputable websites with a proven track record of great customer service and decent merchandise.
They advertise cheap items as luxury pieces. I am still trying to resolve a return issue which has taken about 20 email exchanges, so far. Too many issues to go into. Lots of their items can be found for about the same price on Amazon or Ebay. I would definitely order through one of those companies in the future.

I am very mad and upset. I ordered 4 7" google android tablets from nomorerack.com for my grandchildren for christmas. When the product arrived it had a European plug. I don't know if they noticed or not but i have an AMERICAN address. This should have been noted somewhere before i purchased this device. When my grandchildren (ages 6-12) powered up their tablets there were pictures of penises and vaginas all over the screen. They were all filled with pornography! Tell me how am I supposed to take these images out of my grandchildren"s minds? I hate you nomorerack! Obviously not a place to purchase things for children or anybody else. Don't buy from them! Buyer beware. Fraudulent. I haven't received any help with this issue. Only canned responses! RIDICULOUS!
Placed an order. Got one out of the 2 items. Item was broken second item shows a tracking number but it comes up bogus! Website claims customer service inquiries answered within 24 hours. I sent them an email 4 days ago and STILL no response! Never again

I purchased a sheet set which was advertised by Nomorerack as including sheets deep enough for today's extra deep mattresses. Not even close! Their advertising of this "deal" is false. So many restrictions on return policy that I apparently have to eat these ridiculous old-fashioned sheets. Never again! Trying to figure out how to stop getting emails from this outfit.

So far so good, I placed an order on 11.25 and already received 2 items, top notch. Sadly most good experiences don't get reported... bad ones seem to overwhelm. Take a chance, the prices are UNBEATABLE!
Oh boy. Wish I'd found these reviews sooner. Obviously they should spend some of their advertising money on customer service. Just like the other reports, my credit card was charged immediately, but I haven't even received a confirmation email. Its been at least five days since I placed the order...

I ordered two, 7" tablets from nomorerack via an advertisement I saw on Facebook, approximately 3 days before Thanksgiving for my 5 year old niece and myself, as a backup.
I received the first tablet 2 weeks later, then began reading and "buying" into the negative reviews on this thread. So, I began contacting the Nomorerack email. I conversed with Karen H. And Kristine who separately assured me that my tablets had
Been delivered, but I oh course, disputed that I'd only received one.
I thanked them both for their help and stated that I'll wait.
Well, today, one week AFTER the delivery of Tablet #1, arrived Tablet #2!
I opened the first tablet to try it out and realized that it came out of the box ready to use. Everything worked fine, including the camera, which isn't much to write about.
However, to a 5 year old, it's just fine.
So far, I'm very pleased.
I have ordered from this site multiple times everything from iPad accessories to jewelry. I even took the jewelry to a local jewelers and it was 100% as advertised on the site. I have been using this website for a very long time and have never had issues with ordering, shipping, or "false advertising!" Their return policy clearly states you will ONLY receive in store credit for returns made within so many days, so people complaining about that should have actually read their policies before ordering anything. Also, double ordering is a fault on consumer not the company; people need to be aware of what their clicking, instead of rushing through their order. I've recommended this site to many other people who too have loved it. I'm shocked at some of the complaints people are listing on here, most of them actually seem to be an error of their own not nomorerack's.
I have not ordered anything from nomorerack primarily because the site is slow to navigate through. I put 3 items in my cart but when I went back the cart was empty. I really don't want to go looking for this stuff again. A lot of time it won't take my log in either. After reading the reviews, I think I'll stick with other sites like Ebay or Overstock.com.

I ordered 3 items from No More Racks, 1 (exercise equipment) never arrived, 1 (earrings) came broken, I did receive a bracelet in good shape. I called customer service they were so rude and unresponsive it was ridiculous. They acted like I was lying. After several hours of wasted e-mails and phone calls trying to resolve the matter, I gave up. If they need the $56.00 that badly they can keep it. No matter how good the deal seems my advise is run. This company is terrible, no integrity at all.

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

Answer: There is NO return policy. One item I bought from them was not at all what was pictured and di not fit. I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
