Bought what was advertised as poison jeans that normally sell for $200. What came were knock offs from some boutique for $50. When I emailed to complain there was no apology or admission of false advertising which it clearly was! Do not buy from them because you don't know what you'll get.
Please, quit posting the same canned response to every problem! Everyone has a different experience and should be handled as such. I had a horrible experience which I am not even going to go into details about but if you are an intelligent shopper, go somewhere else. No amount of savings is worth your time and even more your energy.
I ordered an item from them and emailed 15 days later to check on it since I received no email about it shipping. Lo and behold, the customer service rep told me that they did not have enough of the items and could not fulfill my order! I will supposedly get a refund (in 5-7 days!) but wonder if they would have ever reconciled this had I not emailed. Rest assured, I'll be checking my bank account and NEVER ordering from nomorerack again. Buyers beware!
I tried to give them 0 score! Bought a pair of Ugg boots with buttons on the side-- received these 3 weeks later. 4 of the 6 side buttons fell off within the first 2 days-- I emailed them and was told, " sorry, it's past the 7 day return policy"--
That's because it took 3 weeks to ship!
I have talked to a few people that considered buying from there and told them to go to a thrift store! Merchandise will be better.

I have had the worst online shopping experience with this website. I bought an item of clothing which clearly did not follow standard sizing rules. Anyway, I emailed customer service asking how to return the item and got the instructions and returned it. Its been 3 months since I am still fighting to get a refund for it. I have talked to 4 different people now and I am absolutely frustrated. Those jerks can keep my money. Learnt my lesson - never buy anything from nomorerack and I advise others to do the same.
They lured me into giving them my info for a $15 Amazon Kindle, then they wanted me to pay to bid on it with no guarantee that i would get it at that price. nomorerack.com is a scam, don't get involved! It's a waste of your precious time! Just Google " nomorerack.com complaints" and you will find the truth about this con game.
First and last time i order from this site. Order on November 22,2013 still nothing I have sent several emails although I have had return emails (worthless say the same thing over probably pre-written). They had no problem taking the money out of my account but where's my shipment certainly can not get an answer on that. Don't bother calling it's a recording after the recording they disconnect. Never again. I give this place -6 stars. Stay away.

I ordered three 7" tablets on thanksgiving day of different colors. Only received one tablet when the shipment arrived, I called customer care (Thelma) who assured me that the other two tablets was on there way in one shipment. She provided me with a tracking number from their supplier. When that shipment arrived it was only one tablet, tried to get in touch with nomorerack without any success. Had to use e-mail which came a system generated response. Finally reach someone today through another number I found on the web and they still could not give me any updates on the order except it should arrive five days after I received the other shipment. I will not be ordering anything from them anymore.
I've been ordering from this site for about a year now. Everything I order is great and the prices are awesome. This is the first time I've ordered at Christmas time though and I'm a bit nervous. I called customer service and they were no help. I've received one item in the mail yesterday and checking their website several items have been shipped. I'm not going to say bad things yet until there's a reason. So far so good, still 2 weeks left till Christmas. :)
I ordered a 20.00 radio control helicopter. Then I got worried about this site.
Bottom line: Item arrived five days later, well packaged, brand new, charged the battery and flew it. I got my monies worth... I guess I'll use them again.
Wow. Was about to order a couple hundred dollars of merchandise from this site (1st time buyer) but thought to check reviews first. So glad I did but also disappointed. I really wanted that stuff, but, I guess some of the prices do seem too good to be true. Sad. I was hoping this was more like Zulily, love that place, but more stuff for grown ups. It's shocking to see so many 1 star reviews for nomorerack. Oh, well. I am a great internet shopper but it doesn't look like they will get my money unless they straighten up their act.

I have ordered 2 times from this site. The 1st time it took close to a month to receive my purchase. Thinking maybe something has gone wrong with the postal service. (My package looked like they had kicked it all the way to my house. Another site that offers a variety of items at extremely low cost under the premise that the buyer is purchasing directly from the manufacturer. The site does hold up it end on some great deals but a majority of the items presented are just low quality junk. Just like every other site like this on the web, it can be very hit and miss. Some items can be really good whereas others not so much. Shipping is cheap and relatively fast. Although I have heard from other buyers that their purchases came a lot later than stated. I have never had to deal with customer services or make a return but I honestly won't be using this site anymore because I don't think they really offer great products. If you're still interested, be very careful of what and how much you buy.
Like most of the positive reviews, I didn't read anything online before purchasing. I ordered. Everything arrived, some faster than others. I ordered 8 different items at the same time.
After reading the reviews prior to writing mine, I was surprised. So I wanted to share some insight. 1. The site brokers the deal, they don't stock or ship anything. All my stuff came from different places. 2. You do get what you pay for, so find out as much about the item and is manufacturer as you can. 3. The site doesn't exclude junk from being sold.
So, would I shop again, yes. But almost all the stuff I ordered was $10 or less each. I don't think I would buy anything where I really wanted high quality or was spending a lot of money.
Ordered boots that fell apart in 1 week... ordered a wireless mouse that I never received. Said that it shipped on Dec. 3... when it got closer to Christmas I emailed their "customer service" email and I kept getting the same computerized message back stating that if I ordered it prior to Nov. 29, I would receive by Christmas Eve NO MATTER WHAT... never did... still haven't. Other items I ordered were not as good as quality as they website made them sound to be. DO NOT ORDER from nomorerack.com... waste of money and time!

I placed an order on 11/26 and as of today 12/15, this order has yet to be shipped out and no one at NMR seems to be able to help. They took my money quickly but all I receive when I call the customer service line is a generic recording and generic emails which do not address my order or problem. This was my first time ordering from them and my last. I hate poor customer service and any kind of dishonesty concerning shipping dates since as customers, we trust what we're told by retailers.
Do not order from this site! First of all the quality of merchandise overall is TERRIBLE! I recently ordered some skirts and I am in the process of trying to get a refund and they are giving me the run around when I Did exactly what was told of me! They are saying "they didn't receive the package" and their robotic cookie cutter responses are even more frustrating its as if they don't understand anything! No happy and 100 percent will not be ordering from them again. Most places you send them the package back and you get a refund! Not here! You gotta go through all these hoops! And they will just try and keep your money! Shop elsewhere! Not worth what I am going through!

Ordered a Christmas gift late on 12/1. Order actually placed 12/2. Nomorerack claimed it was sent to the Post Office 12/6 with first class mailing and I should receive it 12/9. As of 12/18 it's not here. I had the Post Office create a case file. They never received it even though there is a tracking #. They said these numbers of created when items are loaded on pallets... somewhere, but not at a Postal facility. I've sent 4 emails of complaint... no answers. In my view, they are not a reputable firm. I will not receive their mailings in the future and will NEVER deal with them again.
I am so glad I read the reviews first. Definitely not buying. And judging by their computer generated repeated response to all negative reviews, their "customer service" will be nothing worth battling. Also, stay away from KGB Deals. I had the same exact issues with them!

Answer: I think everyone in this position should start filing reports with the authorities! No reputable business treats customers like this. Get the word out on this scam company. It's the ones who give up and walk away that keeps choxi/nomorerack alive
Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
