Returns were a nightmare. For over a month i emailed back n forth w/their customer service who says always "we are here to help". Baloney... i returned 3 items gave them tracking n delivery confirm, they said had to confirm it w/their vendor, which did not do diddly. Finally i was so exasperated i got hold of paypal thru which i had paid them, explained situation and frustration. Well within 2 days of paypal contacting them they coughed up the refund. But it took me a month of frustrating repeated emails to them with no response til i got paypal involved. I will not ever use them again! I suggest you think twice about them no matter how great their deals seem. Also watch out for the hidden words final sale when buying anything from them.
They can't seem to ship the right item about 25% of the time. Today both of the items in my order were wrong. One was not even close. I ordered stainless steel straws and got a snore relief kit. Unbelievable.
Terrible! I purchase quite a few things online and this "company" is by far the worst experience I've had. Stay away - please! I've ended up eating over $300 on tablets. Here's the problems: Shipment was late (weeks late and kids didn't get their Christmas presents); They don't honor their own refund guarantee (won't accept returns); Customer service was horrible (just got auto-generated / generic emails in reply that clearly indicated they didn't even read the text of my email); and as a bonus I got dozens of spam emails from them. Try looking for their phone # and address on their website. I should have trusted my gut instinct and stayed away from these guys.
I ordered a bed cover on January 21 and 2 weeks later it is still "processing". Email to customer service resulted in a ticket being open then closed with the response "they are waiting to hear from their fulfillment section for a response". Still no response from them and sill no idea if I've been ripped off. Now today they are listing the same item on their daily email so guess that eliminates the sold out excuse. Stay as far away from these clowns as you can.
Takes forever to get your order that is IF you ever do get it. Poor customer service. After two weeks my order had yet to even ship. I asked to just cancel then and the said no. They remove all negative comments from their Facebook. Come on! Even the best companies have some complaints. Now I am hearing about people have credit card issues after using it on Nomorerack. Will never purchase from them again.
I spent hours on this site waiting for the cyber Monday door busters. The site crashed when time for the Big sale and when it came back up, all the door buster were sold. How is that possible if the site was down? Its really little more than clearing house site if you ask me. Close out items etc. I did buy a item but used pay pal, no way I would give them any credit card info.
Worst company ever! I placed an order in late March and now it's late April and my item has yet to even be shipped, despite getting responses from them saying it would ship over a week ago. I'll give them a week longer before I ask for a refund, but i'm never using their site again! Oh and does anybody have the number for their customer service department? I'm sick of getting their emails that are clearly generic and computer generated.
Anyone tempted to order because of their attractive deals should really stay away. I wished I had read the reviews before ordering from this web site. The set of 12 tank tops seems to be an issue. I sent 3 emails and always get a "non response" from their supposed customer service promising they put my order on top of the pile but yet 2 weeks later with no updates on when they shipped. There are very strict regulation for mail order ship time and back order in the Industry and they are definitely not abiding. Please tell all your friends to stay away.

Worst experience ever. Ordered boots that were supposedly worth $75 for $23. Product was junk. No return info. Had to search on their site, email customer service, wait for responses, justify the return and then was told that almost half the cost would be charged for the return. Many many many emails later I am still not getting my money back, even though it was supposedly approved. Don't waste your money and time! Shop amazon or some other more reputable company.
Super slow at shipping. If you need it quickly, look elsewhere. I am still waiting for my tablet, I have contacted CS many times with little help if any at all.
My mom has the same tablet that I ordered and it quit working after 3 weeks. Now she is having problems with service support of the product, the items electrical terminals was held together with hot glue instead of solder. I would go to another site and pay a little bit more and save yourself some headaches.
I was going to place an order, as a new customer today. Naturally, I wanted to read the reviews first, because let's face it, WE are the people who make or break a business. Most of the reviews appear to be negative, but there are clearly a few exceptions.
My concern is simply that most of the complaints refer to the site's "robotic responses" to unresolved customer issues, and low and behold... every single review response (from a Vincent D.), IS indeed, the exact same speech.
This tells me that this company doesn't take their customer service or complaints, seriously.

Ordered 4 electric timers. My fault, did not immediately check them out. 35 days after received opened them and found that none of them worked. Contacted No More Racks and were informed that their policy was returns accepted for 30 days only. If I had purchased from a reputable source they would have made them good. All timers were made by Timex in The Peoples Republic of China.
The first time I ordered with Nomorerack.com I received the wrong item. That was about a month and a half ago and despite 30+ emails back and forth and at least 5 live chats, still no refund. I understand sometimes mistakes happen, but what I don't understand is treating your customer like crap and making things so difficult. I've actually ordered from then a few more times (yep, I'm dumb) since then and was actually pretty happy with the other transactions. However the way I've been treated for this issue has completely soured me and I'll never order from them again.

I ordered six items from this site including a tablet. I also ordered a tablet for my mother to be sent in another state. I put my order in on December 8,2013 and supposedly its guaranteed by Christmas. I have received everything besides the tablet. One order was incomplete. I emailed customer service 4 days ago and no response. 4 days is plenty of time to respond to an email. I won't even try to call after reading what other people have posted. Shame on you NOMORERACK! Taking people's money and not offering fair services. Shame on you! I bragged about your site because of the cheap prices. LIke my grandfather always said "you get what you pay for".
Nice site. They have pretty good deals. Although sometimes I find those same things around for a little less. Customer Service is helpful and friendly. Items ship in a decent amount of time and shipping is cheap.
First time I used nomorerack and was very excited! UNTIL I started receiving my orders. Not happy! Not enough room for all that happened negatively. I am finished ever ordering from them. Big problem is a lot of articles are from China. Not what are shown or described. Then trying to get replacements/credit? Not good. Stay away from this site.
I've gotten 3 jewelry orders from this site & have been extremely pleased with what I've received! Everything is beautiful and looks very close if not just like what was pictured. Also prices are much less than at the local stores. I will continue to use this site, at least for jewelry.
Bought what was advertised as poison jeans that normally sell for $200. What came were knock offs from some boutique for $50. When I emailed to complain there was no apology or admission of false advertising which it clearly was! Do not buy from them because you don't know what you'll get.
Please, quit posting the same canned response to every problem! Everyone has a different experience and should be handled as such. I had a horrible experience which I am not even going to go into details about but if you are an intelligent shopper, go somewhere else. Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.

Answer: There is NO return policy. One item I bought from them was not at all what was pictured and di not fit. I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
