I never had any issue with items that I bought.

Ypu will be less stressed if you just take the money you were going to spend with them and burn it. Then you won't have to spend the time trying to get a refund when the item is not what you ordered or broke or never arrives!

My strong recommendation is NEVER buy anything from this company. It is a scam and you will not get your money refunded, should the product not work out. Stay away from them.

If you have read the reviews here, and you still want to do business with them, that is your perogative, however you can't cry about it later. You have been warned, if the gates are down, and the whistle signals are blowing, and you lay on the track, don't complain if you get hit by the train. I've written a review, and responded to a few questions, so you can read them if you desire, I am currently waiting for a cheque which I really have no confidence will be forthcoming, since this was promised to me by some supposedly upper brass personnel at Choxi, after many hours for several calls, but one month, still not cheque. I will continue to plug away simply because of the principle of the matter, not because I need my money back. That is being considered my stupid tax for not looking at these reviews prior to shopping with them. If you are a gambler, have at them.

Deanna C., That is a very inaccurate and broad statement made by someone who fortunately has just not experienced the bad side of choxi/ nmr. It may simply be due to the items you ordered and the companies that are shipping the merchandise out. But I object to your blanket statement, when people are complaining about not receiving an item at all, Or, receiving something entirely different from what they ordered and paid for, Or, Not receiving a refund for items returned., it highlights a real problem. Sure some people may expect more than what they pay for, but, IF you read the complaints you will find that that is not always the crux of the issue. I for one am glad you haven't had the problems I had. I had to involve the BBB of NYC, they negotiated a refund for items I was never sent. They have the copies of emails that made contradictory claims about the order. The problem lies with Choxi because they are the ones collecting the cash. All of the offers are from different companies and some of those companies are shady. That is Choxi's responsibility to vet their business partners, instead of allowing this to continue. IF they did that, their customer satisfaction rates would grow exponentially.

Dont buy from them. I purchased a tablet from them and it did not work and took me two months to get my money back after sending the defective tablet back. Why take the risk.
IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

Be VERY CAUTIOUS about purchasing from them! The items are ALL refurbished! And 9 times out of 10, THEY DON'T WORK! If you pay more than 100.00 its TOO MUCH!

I've purchased everything from jewelry to electronics and I've never had a problem.

Most bad ratings come from people who want the very best quality but don't want to pay for it.
