NEVER AGAIN! Purchasing was no problem, try returning. To start, I can't seem to log in, even after resetting my password, phone number is a recording with hours of availability and then promptly disconnects, and the chat function doesn't work either. I added the required info, hit send/submit and got "service agents are too busy" and that too promptly closes the chat window. That said, I can't login, reach them by phone or by chat... NOW WHAT? Dont know where to send my return/facilitate a refund, money totally wasted and my stress level is through the roof! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! Customer service is key, often times we don't need it but when we do... WE DO. This was a Total Loss and EPIC FAIL! Please know this about me, I, NOT an internet troll, and typically only write reviews when I have had an over the top great experience and rarely to I post negative reviews, however, this is pretty severe. I feel like I just threw $$$ out the window:-( Very upset!
