I have purchased several items from them. Half of them showed up but after fighting to get answers with them. The other half never came. After months of call, Un-returned emails and aggravation. I was finally able to get my money back through Paypal and my bank. This company gave me fake tracking numbers for packages that never came. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and their professionalism is less to be desired. Its a shame how a company can get away with the tactics they use to screw consumers. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! I fell for for the 12 camisole pack and while I got a much better deal than most people ( I only got 2 each of the black, white and red whereas many people got 12 black...) the description was long camisoles in misses sizes. I am always a medium in everything misses and these camisoles would fit the 12 year old I babysit. Not only that but they are extremely short. I am petite and they come just under my belly button. Will be giving them to a small child.

I ordered two sets of the 12-pack of camisoles. There were supposed to be 12 different colors in each set. I ordered these in size Large. I have received both orders, but both are size Small. One set has the correct variety of colors but the wrong size, the other has six red and six orange camis. How do I go about exchanging the red and orange ones for the correct variety in the correct size? I can pass the others on to my daughters.

I have ordered some great bed sheets and then a gorgeous purse - both arrived within 7 days and were exactly what I expected! I just ordered a curling iron and have no worries about getting it on time and being satisfied with it too...
We ordered a ring online that suppose idly had a 5 star review and was valued at $1000 with 90% off. As soon as we got the ring we returned it because it looked like it came from a bubble gum machine... very, very cheaply made with terrible stones. Not at all what they advertised. They refused to take it back saying it was "finale sale". I told them that it was fraud because what they advertised was not what we got and how could we possible no until we received it. I am now disputing it on my credit card. I will never order something again without a good return policy.
I ordered several things from Nomorerack - totaling well over $100. The only thing I've gotten that was not shoddy was a small pair of earrings that were not that great of a bargain.
The worst experience I had with them was that I purchased an 'unbreakable' RC Helicopter for a gift. When the recipient flew the helicopter it broke the fist time. Nomorerack says it's not their responsibility because of their very stingy return policy. The mfg says that all returns are handled by their retailers. I'm out nearly $50 for a useless broken toy.

I ordered from this company. Never got my order. I had to track down the corporate number and ask for a refund! They didn't want to give it to me until I threatened to join the class action lawsuit against them. I finally got my refund and a letter stating if I still received them after my refund to keep them as a gift. Well they did come and they were not what I ordered. I ordered large multicolored camisole tank tops that were supposed to be all different colors. They were supposed to be long and large. I got 3 colors and they had already started falling apart. The seams were unraveling and they were extra small! Never order from no more rack. Check with the better business bureau they will tell you!

Wow. Was about to order a couple hundred dollars of merchandise from this site (1st time buyer) but thought to check reviews first. So glad I did but also disappointed. This was my 1st order with Nomorerack.com & it hasn't been a good experience. I placed my order a long time ago and still don't have my order. I called 2 wks ago & they told me they would contact the supplier & expedite the order & it would be followed by an e-mail. They finally sent an e-mail the other day giving me a FedEx tracking #. I noticed information looked strange, saying it was picked up on April 24th but didn't have any movement. I called FedEx & they said they do not have possession of this shipment & that Nomorerack had assigned the #. Placed my order on April 4th and got half of it in a timely manner. However, I never heard about the rest of my order via phone or email. I sent an email and called today. The customer service representative was rude and pulled excuses out of the sky! First, told me my card was expired. Secondly, it's the vendors fault for not contacting me regarding the missing portion of my order. Then her final remark which was the most priceless, "FILE A COMPLAINT!" Yet she wasn't once worried about saving the entire order. She said I wasn't charged because of the expiration of my card. However, shipped half my order? It's on my statement? Completely unsatisfied and will never recommend this company to anyone else!

I ordered several items from Nomorerack.com a couple of months ago then checked the reviews and was astounded at how poor they were rated. Needless to say, I assumed that I would soon be dealing with my credit card company to try and get a refund. I was relieved when I received all three orders and each was exactly as advertised. The shipping is not very prompt but not out of reason either. Today I have ordered two seperate items for a total of 3 of one and 5 of the other and will keep my fingers crossed that all will be received without incident. At the prices of most of the items they offer, I can understand how they would be overwhelmed with orders and shipping.

Does the term deceptive trade practices mean anything?
I purchased (3) sets of 1600 Series Egyptian "Comfort" sheets. (1) King set and (2) Queen sets for $31.00 a piece…. Saving me a total of $362.97…. Right?
WRONG
I could tell by the vague wording on the item they could be fake and they were hiding something. But to my surprise the package arrived and it said "Egyptian Cotton" - right there on the package.
Then when I pulled the sheets out the tag on the sheet itself said "100% polyester".
So the savings of $362.97 is not correct. $31 for Polyester sheets is about right if you like polyester sheets. I sleep on Egyptian cotton for a reason.
That my friend is the Classic bait and switch.
This is my first purchase from NoMoreRack.com so I do not know much about the company. Was it at their DC that it was switched? Was it is with their Chinese suppliers? I don't care but bottom line NoMoreRack must stand by their products. They are not selling what they promise.
I have no intention of returning them as I have washed them and will give them a shot.
I am a big online buyer and will think twice about NoMoreRack.com and will let others know of my experience.
It is what they do from here will be the barometer whether I buy again or not.

Awful. Awful and more awful---I bought a lot of stuff from this site... never had any issues up until about a month ago- perhaps they are getting TOO busy!... up until then, the only complaint was that if you ordered 6 items., they came from 6 different locations at 6 different times... In my case I had an issue with several things- first they delivered my t-shirts to Brooklyn(I live in California)... and were giving me crap because they claimed the shirts were delivered and signed for--well, they were except to total strangers 3000 miles away--then they falsely advertised ceramic knives(they are coated metal)---they offered a refund in the form of store credits but they SHUT down my access to my account so I could not even claim my $$.
Most recently, they have not delivered a glass teapot set that was to have been a gift----they owe me more $$. I had reversed one charge and they said that as soon as you do that, they shut off access---That is ridiculous esp since they still owed me more than the back charge--they are NOT reasonable folks at all- very arbitrary and will not help at all beyond what THEY consider to be a certain point.
One more thing-- their way cheap shoes/boots are all from China and they STINK of some dye or chemical--I had ordered a bunch for my GF and they ALL have the stench---awful.

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
